The Destructive Influence of the CINOP - 4

The Destructive Influence of the CINOP within the Catholic Church # 4 of 23
Report Card #4 on Bill’s Press’s Book – 12-4-05
How the Republicans Stole Christmas
Preface: After prayer, truth is our most powerful weapon. The second largest religious group in America are our fellow Catholics who tragically have not been grounded in their Faith. As Catholics we are duty bound to protect and inform them. The Role Model for this group is the Catholic-in-name-only politician (CINOP). This person is anathema not only to our Catholic Faith and the pro-life movement but also to America. He is screwed up not only religiously but politically. And in 2008, he needs to be voted out of office. Ghk: Sun. Oct. 21/07

The Introduction
Bill, stop being a crybaby and a victim. You are angry with Denver’s Archbishop Charles Chaput because he would refuse to give you communion at Mass. If you are a CINOP, a Catholic in Name Only Politician what do expect from any good bishop? He is following Cannon Law. A person who is pro-abortion, pro-partial birth abortion – infanticide, for gay marriage etc. is betraying his Catholic faith in the public arena. These activities are serious absolute evils and scandalous. It is time to invoke the principles: Silent No More, Stop the Scandal and Be Not Afraid.

Bill, what you are doing is lashing out against the Catholic Church. You are dealing with an institution that has been around a long time. One would expect a regular informed Catholic to have access to the wisdom of the ages, the common sense of St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, natural law and the relentless pursuit of the truth, the whole truth not half-truths.

Please check out the following church documents, as Pope John Paul II stated, we are all really responsible for all. Does what you say meet this challenge? 1) The Gospel of Life – 1995 2) The Splendor of Truth – 1993 3) Centesimus Annus – 1991 4) Solicitude Rei Socialis (Social Themes) – 1987
5) Laborem Exercens - 1981.

Bill, you are also very angry with President George W. Bush. Besides being a Republican, he is not the kind of Christian you want him to be, like yourself and fellow CINOP, Paul Begala, Co-host, CNN – THE SITUATION ROOM. Here is Paul’s quote from the jacket of your book. God bless Bill Press. This former seminarian former Democratic Party chair has the courage, theological training , and moral clarity needed to point out both the deep spiritual values of the left and the hypocrisy of some on the far right. Hallelujah, Brother Bill. The media and secular humanist just love and promote the above type Catholics.

Bill does not like the Christian Coalition. He believes that they are responsible for the election of President George W. Bush in 2000 and 2004. He has given no credit specifically to the Catholic Pro-Life Movement. There is a tape by Pat Robertson dated around 1990 in which he talks about the goals of the Christian Coalition. Their goals will be elaborated upon in future dispatches.

In closing, respect for the Office of the Presidency is important by the losers and the winners. There is a significant quote by President Bush. “The greatest gift you can give anybody is to pray on their behalf.” Also, I note in this year’s presidential Christmas card the following: Psalm 28:7 (RSV)

The Lord is my strength and my shield, In Him My Heart Trusts; So I am helped, and my heart exults, And with my song I give thanks to Him

Obama's Catholic Vote - Part 2

Obama’s Catholic Vote – Part 2
The website – cinops be gone – Saturday, November 29, 2008
In Part 2, we list the other four states. Catholic Daily, www.catholic.com , 11-10-08

New Jersey, where Catholics make up 41% of the general population, voted 57% in favor of Obama.
Sixth on the list was Nevada, where 32.3 % of the population is Catholic. Nevadans voted 55% for Obama.
Catholics comprise 29.7% of the population of Delaware, where Obama received 62% of the vote.
In Wisconsin, Catholics are 29.5 % of the overall state population. There Obama received 56% of the vote.

I believe the race sympathy factor decided the election for Obama. Also, had Obama been a pro-life black person he would not have gotten the nomination of the Democratic party? Let us study the CNS story by Patricia Zapor, Election-Catholic (updated) Nov-6/08:

Nationwide, 54 percent of Catholics supported Obama and 44 percent voted for McCain. Of the total population, 52 percent voted for Obama and 46% for McCain.
By comparison, 52% of Catholics in 2004 supported Republican President George W. Bush and 47% voted for Democratic Sen. John Kerry. The total vote in 2004 was 51 % for Bush and 48% for Kerry….

The exit polls divided voters into “all Catholics” or white, non-Hispanic
Catholics. In the latter group, the shift toward the Democratic candidate was less pronounced than among Catholics overall. 51% of white Catholics supported McCain, and 47 % voted for Obama. Majorities of white Catholics also voted for Bush in both elections, by 56% in 2004 and 52% in 2000.

Approximately 40% of U.S. Catholics are Hispanic and another 3 % are African-American. Asian and Pacific Islanders constitute about 4%.
Latinos nationwide voted for Obama by 67% to 31% for McCain. African-Americans voted for Obama by 95% to 4%. Asians supported Obama by 62% to 35%.

In some states, Obama’s gains among Catholics were more substantial than the general picture. In Indiana in 2004, for example, Catholics supported Bush by 56% to 43%. This year in that state, Catholics were split evenly between Obama and McCain….

The analysts agreed that voters based their election choices primarily on issues such as the economy, health care and the war in Iraq, rather than on issues typically identified as major religious concerns: abortion and same-sex marriage. …(Thanks to a corrupt media!)

An interesting and poignant Pope John Paul II comment was made by bishop Joseph F. Martino of Scranton, Pa. He issued a letter to his diocese and later a video saying abortion outweighed all other issues in voting. He also arrived unexpectedly at a political forum at a parish and the USCCB document (“Faithful Citizenship”) was not relevant in his diocese. “The USCCB doesn’t speak for me,” the local newspaper, the Wayne Independent, quoted him as saying at St. John’s Catholic Church. “The only relevant document … is my letter.”(In Pa., Catholics voted for McCain 52% to 48% for Obama.)

THE DESTRUCTIVE INFLUENCE OF THE CINOP - 3

The Destructive Influence of the CINOP within the Catholic Church # 3 of 23
Report Card on Bill Press’s Book # 3 of 23
How the Republicans Stole Christmas
Sat. Nov. 26, 2005
“In times past there were false prophets among God’s people and among you also there will be false teachers who smuggle in pernicious heresies.” 2Peter: 2:1

The Introduction 1-33 cont’d
Bill’s use of religion for his political agenda is wrong. In all fairness to the true meaning of the word “Liberal”, Bill Press is not a liberal Catholic. He is a dissenting and progressive nominal Catholic. (I graduated from a Jesuit Liberal Arts College in 1952) Bill dissents from the teachings of the Magisterium. As a progressive, he is in sympathy with and promotes the Culture of Death Agenda in America.

“Take gay marriage. Granted, this is an issue on which good people can and do honestly disagree. But it’s wrong to claim one side has a monopoly on morality. I can’t understand what’s immoral about two people in love making a commitment to love and support each other ‘till death do us part.’”… (Censored) 27

It is not necessary for you to buy this book. I will detail the book; like we detail our cars. The inspiration and title of Bill’s book came from his so-called friend and book agent. I have an inspiration for Bill’s next book. “How Howard Dean and George Soros stole and bought the Soul of the Democratic Party.”

What is most disturbing is that we have in Bill Press another nominal Catholic like Mario Cuomo. Mario is the poster boy for pro-abortion Catholic Politicians. Bill is aiming for Poster Boy Status for Gay-Marriage.

The defeat of the Democratic Party in 2000 and 2004 was a crushing one for Bill. He is angry: “There is little difference between the imams of Iran and the imams of America. As lifelong Catholic Garry Wills wrote in the “New York Times” shortly after the 2004 election: “Where else {but in America} do we find fundamentalist zeal, a rage at secularity, religious intolerance, fear of and hatred for modernity? “ ….32 We need to be aware that this type of Catholic mindset is not unusual in Catholic circles.

Bush’s share of the Catholic vote increased from 47% in 2000 to 52 percent in 2004. Catholics voted for Gore in 2000 in spite of the fact that Clinton vetoed the partial-birth abortion law three times. However, in Florida a majority of the Catholics voted for Bush in 2000. Catholics are becoming intelligent voters and that is dangerous for Bill.

For decades the CINOP (Catholic in Name Only Politician) have been getting away with murder, particularly in California. Now, take the great State of Texas. More than 60% voted for the Parental Notification Law, and 76% for a law stating that marriage is between a man and a woman. The bishops in Texas can be proud of their informed and non duped voters. What is deeply offensive and where political correctness has become religious correctness is the CINOP as a Republican would have been denounced years ago by the bishops. Pro-life principles supersede party registration.

THE DESTRURCTIVE INFLUENCE OF THE CINOP - 2

The Destructive Influence of the Cinop within the Catholc Church # 2
Report Card on Bill Press’s Book #2 of 23
“How the Republicans Stole Christmas”
Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2005

The introduction reads like a verbal boxing match with a lot of religious propaganda. In this corner, we have Al Gore, John Kerry, Gary Willis, Mario Cuomo, Bill Press, and the Religious Left and in the other corner, Jerry Farwell, Pat Robertson, Jim Dobson , Archbishop Charles Chaput, George W. Bush and the Religious Right.

In the book, there is an appropriate quotation from Thomas Jefferson, “It is in our lives and not our words that our religion must be read.” We can agree that God is not a Republican or a Democrat and the Republicans do not have a monopoly on moral values. The problem is who controls the Democratic Party and their agenda. The party and values of once President John F. Kennedy are no more in California. Let’s continue with several direct quotations from the book. (You decide.)

“How did Republicans so successfully hijack religion? … First, liberals walked away from the field. We stopped talking about values or acknowledging our belief in God. Second, conservatives once they had the field all to themselves, diabolically defined “values” so narrowly that there is no room for democrats or liberals anymore. Nor is there any room for Christians who believe in the Social Gospel.” 21
“Skepticism about the calculated nature of Bush’s faith is further fueled by the fact that he belongs to no congregation and does not regularly attend church services – compared with John Kerry, for example, who wears a crucifix, carried a rosary, and Bible with him on the campaign trail, and goes to Mass every Sunday.” 14
“In his own feeble attempt to identify with Christian conservatives Al Gore once famously said he never made any decision as vice-president without first asking: “WWJD? What would Jesus do?” 26

It is agreed that Bush would never have won election and reelection without the religious right. . Now we come to some of Bush’s accomplishments which drive the secularist and liberals up the wall.

“He (Bush) signed a bill banning so-called late-term abortions. He set up a “Faith-Based Office” in the White House, directing millions of dollars in taxpayer funds to religious organizations, and signed an executive order allowing them to discriminate in hiring by requiring that all job applicants belong to the same church. He put religious conservatives in charge of every government advisory committee on reproductive health matters. He nominated extremist anti-abortion advocates to federal courts. He made “abstinence only” the government’s new policy on HIV/AIDS prevention.

Then, as icing on the cake, Bush proposed a constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage: not because he expected it to pass – it didn’t , and it won’t – but because he wanted to throw conservative leaders one more piece of red meat they could use to get their followers to the polls….

He (Bush) reads the Bible every day. He opens cabinet meetings with a prayer. He encourages and often attends prayer meetings in the White House. He invites ministers in to pray with him.” 9 …

THE DESTRUCTIVE INFLUENCE OF THE CINOP WITHIN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH - 1

The Destructive Influence of the CINOP within the Catholic Church # 1
Report Card on Bill Press’s Book # 1 of 23
How the Republicans Stole Christmas
Nov. 20, 2005
This report is going to be a lot of fun. I notice the front cover also reads: “The Republican Party’s Declared Monopoly on Religion and What Democrats Can Do to Take It Back.” Bill Press is also the author of Bush Must Go.

I first got wind of this book from Deal Hudson article via E-Mail – The Window – Morley1CC@Morleyinstitute.org . “Can the Democrats Reclaim the Religious Vote?” He also has a review of the book in the October Issue of “Crisis “magazine.

Hudson’s E-mail review reads: “Bill Press is a nice guy who has written a contentious book….Press is a lifelong Catholic, a product of Catholic schools, and has spent ten years in seminary before deciding not to enter the priesthood. He is angry and says so repeatedly- that his party is seen as unfriendly to people of faith, while the Republican Party has become the home of most religious voters. He does not hide from the data that supports this observation, for example, that 64 percent of the voters who attend religious services each week voted for Bush in 2004 while 35 % voted for Kerry, according to exit polls conducted by the Pew Research Center.
Press gives the impression of a man honestly attempting to understand why religious voters would be attracted to Bush and the Republican Party. What is surprising is how he avoids seeing the real issues.”

What is noteworthy about the California voters who attend religious services and vote is the fact that they are duped and misinformed by the large number of Cinops. (CINOP – Catholic in Name Only Politician). They are Democrats. In California, they are not only for abortion on demand and for same sex marriage but for the defeat of Proposition 73 – Parental Notification Initiative. They were successful on Nov. 8th.

I am looking at a Poster Boy Snapshot of a CINOP, Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante in the L.A. Times, Thurs. Nov. 10, 2005 - A.20. He is with Kathy Kneer; President of Planned Parenthood holding hands raised celebrating the defeat of Proposition 73. This picture is worth a thousand words and will be run off.

This next story is a joke. But with the culture of death money pouring in for a stooge CINOP, Loretta Sanchez, nothing is impossible. She is considering running for Governor in 2010. I am looking forward and will start reading Bill Press’s book which I bought today, Sunday, Nov. 20th, 2005.

In closing, Deal W. Hudson headed up the Crisis magazine for ten years. In that time, it became the flagship publication for faithful Catholics – … His E-Mail is thewindow@morleyicc.com – Tel. 202-775-1150 …

Obama's Catholic Voters - Part 1 of 2 or 3

Obama’s Catholic Voters – Part 1 of 2 or 3
The website – cinops be gone – Tuesday, November 25, 2008
There are at least ten states where Catholics voted overwhelming for Obama, including California. This article is taken from Catholic Daily, www.calcatholic.com – published: November 10, 2008. In Part 2, we will list the other five states.

According to the bishops’ statistics, the ‘most Catholic’ state in the union is Rhode Island, where Catholics make up 59.5% of the population. Obama received 63% of the vote in Rhode Island.

Second on the list was Massachusetts, where Catholics comprise 42% of the state’s population. Massachusetts residents gave Obama 62% of their votes.

New York … with Catholics comprising 37.1% of the population, voted 62% for Obama.

The fifth ‘most Catholic state’ in the U.S., according to the bishops’ statistics, is Connecticut, with a Catholic population of 36.6%. Obama received 60.2 of the vote in Connecticut.

In Illinois, Catholics make up 30.1% of the state’s population. Residents gave Obama 62% of the votes.

Rounding out the ‘10 most Catholic states’ is California, where the bishops’ statistics say 28.6% of the state’s residents are Catholic. California gave Obama 61% of their votes.
+++++++
The challenge is to change a negative into a positive; when the next elections come around in 2010 and 2012. Meeting members of the Pontifical Council for the Laity Nov. 15th, pope Benedict XVI emphasized the need to educate lay Catholics to play their proper role in building a world of justice, charity and protection of human rights.

It seems Rev. Richard P. McBrien is concerned about the vocal minority of bishops who have spoken out in politically partisan fashion and their national impact beyond the confines of Denver, Scranton, or whatever else. I have some good news for the Reverend. The minority of bishops will become the majority of bishops in a very short time. Humbly, Cinops be gone will do its share in the education of the laity and religious with postings not regularly sent out.

Now let us go to two of the more intelligent and better informed Catholic states like Pennsylvania and Missouri. In Pennsylvania, Obama won 55% of the vote and McCain 44 percent, but Catholics favored McCain by 52 percent to 48 percent. In Missouri, McCain won by about 50.1% to Obama 49.9%. Missouri Catholics voted for McCain by a difference of 55 to 45 percent. After all, one candidate is for life and traditional America and the other, for the culture of death.

It is obvious that the bishops’ leadership in these two states and other Catholic voting states are superior in shepherding with their staff and judgment….
Happy Thanksgiving!

Bill Ayers' Plans for Public Schools # 2 of 2

Bill Ayers’ Plans for Public Schools # 2 of 2
The website – cinops be gone – Monday, November 24, 2008

We finish Phyllis Schlafly’s article in the Westminster Herald, Westminster Ca. Oct. 30, 2008.

Ayers’s books are among the most widely used in America’s education schools. Ayers even uses science and math courses as part of his “transformative” political strategy to teach that the American economic system is unjust.

Ayers is an endorser of a book called “Queering Elementary Education” by William J. Letts IV and James T. Sears, a collection of essays to teach adults and children to “think queerly.” The blurb on the cover quotes Ayers as saying this is “a book for all teachers … and, yes, it has an agenda.”

Unfortunately, Ayers’s far-out education theories are already having an effect in education schools. One after another, teachers colleges are using their courses to promote socialist notions of wealth distribution, “social justice,” diversity and environmentalism, and to punish students who resist this indoctrination by giving them low grades or even denying them graduation.

The U.S. Department of Education lists 15 high schools whose mission statements declare that their curricula center on “social justice.”

Propaganda about Obama is already finding favor with textbook publishers. The McDougal Little 8th-grade advanced-English literature book (copyright 2008, Houghton Miffin Co.) has 15 pages Obama and his “life of service.”

Most of Ayers’s socialist propaganda is financed with taxpayer money at state universities and teachers colleges. Some of the schools that have adopted Ayers-style pedagogy have received grants from ACORN or from Bill Gates’ charitable foundation.

You might assume that Ayers’s political ideas would put him on the outer fringe of the left-wing education establishment. However, his peers recently elected him to serve as vice-president for curriculum in the American Education Research Association, the largest organization of education school professors and reseachers.

Is an appointment to the U.S. Department of Education his next career advancement? Is Ayers’s transformative public school curriculum the kind of “change” Obama will bring us?

Phyllis Schlafly is a lawyer, conservative political analyst and the author of the newly revised and expanded “Supremacists.”

Bill Ayers' Plans for Public Schools # 1 of 2

Bill Ayers’ Plans for Public Schools # 1 of 2
The website – cinops be gone – Monday, November 24, 2008

Thanks to the corrupt media (including the O.C.R.) for not reporting the Bill Ayers’ story. In some ways it is an unbelievable horror story. It’s worse than traitor Alger Hiss being appointed Obama’s Secretary of State. In Chicago, we have a live clone of Stalin and Hitler resuscitated by the liberal and progressive U.S.A. media. Phyllis Schafly has part of the story in the Westminster Herald, Westminster, Ca., October 30, 2008. Here it is.

Will William Ayers be secretary of education in a Barack Obama administration? All parents should ponder that possibility before making their choice for president on Nov.4. After all, Ayers is a friend of Obama, and professor Ayer’s expertise in training teachers and developing public school curriculum. That’s been his mission since he gave up planting bombs in government buildings (including the U.S. Capitol and the Pentagon) and assaulting police officers.

Ayers brashly admitted that he was “guilty as hell” in planting bombs in the 1970’s and that he has no regrets and feels that he and his Weather Underground associates “didn’t do enough.” After successfully avoiding trial and prison because of legal technicalities, he picked up his Ph.D. at Columbia Teachers College for a second career, landing a tenured job as distinguished professor of education at the University of Illinois in Chicago.

Ayers’s political views are as radical now as they were in the 1970’s. “Viva President Chavez!” he exclaimed in a speech in Venezuela in 2006, in which he also declared, “education is the motor-force of revolution.”

From this prestigious and safe university position, Ayers has been teaching teachers and students in rebellion against American capitalism and what he calls “imperialism” and “oppression.” The code word for the Ayers curriculum are “social justice,” a “transformation vision,” “critical pedagogy,” “liberation,” “capitalist injustices,” “critical race theory,” “queer theory,” and of course multiculturalism and feminism.

That language is typical in the readings that Ayers assigns in his university courses. He admits he is a “communist street fighter” who has been influenced by Karl Marx, as well as Che Guevara, Ho Chi Minh and Malcolm X. Ayers speaks openly of his desire to use America’s public school classrooms to train a generation of revolutionaries who will overturn the U.S. social and economic regime. He teaches that America is oppressive and unjust, socialism is the solution, and wealthy and resources should be redistributed.

In Ayers’s course called “On Urban Education,” he calls for a “distribution of material and human resources.” His left-wing notions would be very compatible with those of Obama, who publicly told Joe the Plumber, that we should “spread the wealth.” ...
George H. Kubeck,
P.S. As a retired public school teacher, I am ashamed of the profession. It is corrupt. The California union bosses contributed 1 million to defeat Proposition 8. Also, each Calif. teacher has to give tribute to unions about $1000. yearly to teach in public schools.

JOIN THE SARAH PALIN ORGANIZATION NEAR YOU!

Join the Sarah Palin Organization near You!
The website – cinops be gone – Sunday, November 23, 2008
The hurdles we face: Obama’s campaign manager David Plouffe sent this e-mail to 3 million campaign volunteers. 1.) Campaign for progressive state and local candidates. 2.) Undertake grass-roots local efforts to advance Obama’s agenda. 3) Train others in Obama’s organizing techniques. 4.) Focus on local political issues. 11-21, (For the above this is their daily religion for a secular America.)

We can change a negative into a positive. Sarah Palin was a breadth of fresh air in the presidential campaign. She was hated and despised by the left-wing cohorts of Obama. They feared her because Sarah stood up for common sense political and economic solutions, life, marriage and family. I believe Sarah holds to the following American principles:

Inalienable Rights: We believe that man’s “rights” flow from the Creator and the rights of life, liberty, & justice cannot be legitimately granted or rescinded by men.

Judeo-Christian Foundation: We believe in the guiding force of moral law as expressed by the Judeo-Christian ethic and contained in the Holy Scriptures of these historic faith.

Self-Government: We believe that the only answer to the current moral decline that our nation now faces is a return to the belief and standards of morality which our founding fathers placed in the Constitution….

Education: We believe in the rights of parents to a quality education for their children. We support parental choice to create competition among the schools….
Decentralized Government: We believe in the power of the individual over the power of the state. We believe that only small government serves the needs of people.

Taxes: We believe that the federal tax system is abusive to the American people while discouraging investment and growth….
Sanctity of Life: We believe that the preborn child is a human being deserving the full protection of the law. National Defense: We believe in a strong and consistent national defense…. Free Enterprise: We believe in the free enterprise system as the best hope for men and women to fulfill their economic hopes and dreams....

Family: We believe that the traditional family, defined as any person related by blood, marriage of a man and a woman and/or adoption, is the cornerstone of our American society…. Right to Bear Arms: We believe in the unqualified right of our citizens to keep and bear arms without the intrusive hand of government.

Victims Rights: We believe in the concept of victims’ rights over the rights of any criminal.

Term Limitation: We believe that public service is a privilege. We support term limits for public officials, not as an ideal but as a necessity to dissuade career politicians.

National Sovereignty: We believe in an America first program in which Government’s first concern is the welfare and protection of the American people….

Be aware that the Obama organization is contrary to the above American principles.
Here is what President Reagan said, “The best symbol of the grassroots worker I can think of is the California Republican Assembly … CRA provides the nucleus of the Republican candidate’s volunteer brigade. I know from personal experience. It’s hard to imagine my campaign being anywhere near as successful as they were without the dedication of the CRA’s members. I urge you to join CRA today.” CRA meets monthly.

THIS MOST IMPORTANT LETTER AND E-MAIL

THIS MOST IMPORTANT LETTER AND E-MAIL
The website – cinops be gone – Saturday, November 22, 2008

Dear Governor Schwarzenegger and first lady Maria Shriver,

The following is an e-mail report (all of it) from LifeSiteNews.com, Long Beach, Calif. November 19th, 2008

California’s first lady, Maria Shriver, recently told Sally Quinn of the Washington Post that she considers herself “a Catholic in good standing” despite the fact that she openly advocates abortion.

“I find I don’t spend a lot of time trying to square my own daily life with the institutional Church,” said Shriver. “I pick and choose.”

Shriver called herself a “cafeteria Catholic,” a term that is most often used in a derogatory manner, referring to individuals who selectively submit to Church teaching and authority while still calling themselves Catholic.

On the disparity between Church teaching and her belief on abortion, Shriver told Quinn, “I often talk to my daughters at the dinner table about the difference between being pro-abortion and being pro-choice.” She explained that she believes supporting the right to choose an abortion is different from supporting abortion.

Shriver also pointed out her disagreement with the Church on the issue of homosexuality. She said she does not believe that “people who are gay shouldn’t be accepted in the Church.” However, while the Church teaches that all sexual activity outside of marriage, including homosexual activity, is sinful, there is no prohibition against people with homosexual inclinations being welcomed in the Church. The Church strongly recommends loving acceptance of such persons and spiritual direction and other assistance to help them live celibate, faithful Catholic lives.

The office of Cardinal Mahoney, Shriver’s bishop, did not respond to repeated calls from LifeSiteNews.com yesterday and today up to press time.

Both Shriver and her husband, California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, claim a Catholic identity despite public disavowal of Church teaching on the sanctity of life.

“I always said that you should not have your religion interfere with government policies or with the policies of the people,” Schwarzenegger said at a Toronto press conference last year, as he advocated research on human embryos.

“I am a Catholic and a very dedicated Catholic, but that does not interfere with my decision-making because I know that stem-cell research, the way we are doing it in California … is the right way to go,” he said as quoted by Toronto Star.

More recently, Gov. Schwarzenegger put aside his professed faith when he publicly joined homosexuals in the fight against Proposition 8, California’s amendment protecting legal marriage as between a man and a woman.
+++++++

P.S. Sadly, both of you are blind Catholics who are not grounded in your Catholic Catechism and Faith. The three Catholic and natural law issues that you strongly oppose are absolutely evil issues. They are not prudential issues that regular Catholics can disagree on. Historically, these three issues would have cut you off from the Church completely. Please do not identify yourselves as Catholic!

On behalf of St. Dominic, St. Albert the Great, and St. Thomas Aquinas, and as a member of the Dominican Laity, I am sending this e-mail and letter. I am also asking other Catholics and Christians to do the same. Contacts, Tel. Catholic Prayer Breakfast- Archbishop Jose H. Gomez of San Antonio
The website – cinops be gone – Friday, November 21, 2008

2008 Orange County Catholic Prayer Breakfast: (800 participants)
Crown Plaza Anaheim Resort, Garden Grove, Ca. Fri. Nov. 21/08 – 6:30 A.M. to 9:15 A.M.

Keynote Speaker: The Most Reverend Jose H. Gomez, Archbishop of San Antonio

This special yearly event is sponsored by Magis Institute a Catholic Think Tank and Venture Group, with the Vision of healing the culture through Catholic Spirituality. www.magis.us

Notes from the Keynote Speaker:
Thank you for passing Proposition 8. As a young boy I remember the election of Kennedy in 1960. The Catholic religious barrier was broken. And so it is with the election of Obama in 2008, the racial barrier is broken.
Recall the Supreme Court Decision on Slavery. We need to look at things in the light of the gospel. We are all children of God.

The Archbishop told the story of the first black American priest (Augustine) in America in Missouri. His mother and father were slaves owned by an American family. That family allowed the slaves to be baptized and married in the Catholic faith. His father escaped and fought in the Union Army. As a priest he studied St. Thomas Aquinas: all have rights that no man can take away. How can Catholics then believe in the injustice of owning slaves?

The pope in his visit to America faced the same question. We profess our Faith on Sunday and not during the rest of the week. The Church always teaches the commandments but the Catholics owned slaves. Slaves were property. People back then should have known better. Those were strange times. Pope Benedict noted that today many Catholics are involved in pro-abortion activities. Why? Concerning the Catholic vote, ask them!

Figure it out. We need Catholics with a deep sense of their faith. They need to know the teachings of the Church…. It is not easy to keep the faith. Our society is more hostile to our Faith than ever before.
Cardinal George- Our social conscience has advanced. We can’t set aside some fundamental issues. More and more need to participate in politics, Catholics are asked to check moral and religious beliefs at the door. This is negative.

Anti-Catholicism is aggressive secularism. To participate in politics, we are expected to accept secularism. There is a better place for brothers and sisters.
The problem is that the culture defines happiness as very materialistic. Men and women are creatures with souls. Their ultimate end is holiness and love. We are made for God. We have to challenge some of our laws that deny God given laws. To participate is evil. Many Catholics are following the laws of society instead of the beliefs and practices of their faith.

How to solve this? Change hearts and minds, be men and women of virtue, be faithful Catholics. St. Paul calls each one of us to be a saint. This is God’s will for you. Do all for God. Rediscover the beauty of our Faith and share it with others. Be ambassadors of faith, hope and love.
It means that you stand up to secularism and the forces of secularism… have private prayers and personal devotions.

They (secularism) keep religion out of the public square. Promise that you will never turn your back on Jesus and the Church. God has something to say in this world we live in.

Be a witness of hope. Many people are like broken cups. We are children of God. Talk about heaven and eternal life. You must be messengers of love. Help our neighbor in need. Share the whole truth to set them free. Sacrifice for that truth. All human life is sacred. Each one is in the image of God. Each has a purpose in life. Defend the truth.

We face historically many challenges. … Stay on the side of the unborn, not to be despised like property. We have not come far enough. God is over us all. Blessings to all children. Create an America where life is celebrated, the handicapped and the old.

THE CHD CONNECTION TO BARACK OBAMA - 2 of 2

The CHD Connection to Barack Obama 2 of 2
The website – cinops be gone – Thursday, November 20, 2008

“In many individuals the spiritual structure has never matured; as a result, they have never acquired the ability to stand freely and firmly on their own. Their lack of such an interior foundation makes them susceptible to all the changing philosophies of this world and to all their false promises: the result is disappointment, hostility toward everyone and everything, loss of hope in God and in the world.” Pope Benedict XVI.

Continued from EagleForum.org. November14, 2008 by Phyllis Schlafly:

CCHD also announced that it has formed a task force to ensure that the Church funds are spent according to the guidelines of the Bishops’ poverty-fighting program. Presumably, the previous millions of dollars given to ACORN were within the Bishops’ guidelines. Barack Obama knows the political value of ACORN. He gave $800,000 in campaign payments disguised as payments for “advance work” to an Alinsky front group called Citizens Services Inc.

Obama admits he got his start as a community organizer in Chicago, saying it was “the best education I ever had, better than anything I got at “Harvard Law School.” He tries to downplay the connection with ACORN, claiming he worked for churches, but he was trained by Alinsky’s Industrial Areas Foundation and then spent in the 1980s teaching the Alinsky method to others through several Alinsky offshoots such as Project Vote and Developing Communities Project in Chicago.

Saul Alinsky’s son Lee David Alinsky felt compelled to remedy Obama’s failure to give proper credit. In a LETTER to the “Boston Globe” in August after Obama’s open-stadium rally in Denver, the younger Alinsky wrote: “Obama learned his lesson well. I am proud to see that my father’s model for organizing is being applied successfully beyond local community organizing to affect the Democratic campaign in 2008. It is a fine tribute to Saul Alinsky as we approach his 100th birthday.”

Saul Alinsky explained his community organizing tactics in his book, RULES FOR RADICALS.” His game plan was to divide the community into the Halves and the Halves Nots, make the Have Nots believe that they are unjustly treated by the Halves, build resentment against the American social and economic system, use church congregations to mobilize street agitators, and lobby government for higher taxes and big-spending welfare programs in order to confiscate the wealth and power of the Halves and turn it over to the Have Nots.

Alinksy dedicated his book to Lucifer, “the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom.”

Another Alinsky quote seems remarkably prophetic: “Ego must be so all-pervading that the personality of the organizer is contagious, that it converts the people from despair to defiance, creating a mass ego.”

THE CHD CONNECTION TO BARACK OBAMA? 1 OF 2

The CHD Connection to Barack Obama? 1 of 2
The website – cinops be gone – Thursday, November 20, 2008

EagleForum.org. November 14, by Phyllis Schlafly:

On the Sunday before Thanksgiving, millions of Catholics will again be putting in their Church’s collection plate their annual donation to what the pre-printed envelope calls “Campaign for Human Development CHD: The Catholic Church helping to end poverty and injustice in America; we’ll turn your dollars into hope for the poor of our nation.”

… Most would probably be shocked to learn that the money donated to the Campaign for Human Development (CHD) does not go to charity but for radical Obama-style community organizing.

Over the last ten years, CHD has given $7.3 million of Catholic-donated dollars to Saul Alinsky-style group called ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.) When in 1998 some Catholics complained that CHD grants were not used for Catholic charity but were actually funding groups opposed to church teachings, CHD changed its name to Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD).

The name change did not redirect the flow of money. In 2007 alone, CCHD increased its support of ACORN, giving ACORN 37 grants totaling $1,037.00.

During 2007 and 2008, ACORN and its affiliated organizations were aggressively registering what they clamed were 1.3 million poor people. ACORN focused on new registrations in key toss-up states of Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Florida.

You can listen on YouTube to clips from ACORN’s national convention and decide for yourself how partisan it is.

CCHD knew how ACORN spent its money. CCHD’s executive director, Ralph McCloud admitted to Catholic News Services that “some of the funds that the Catholic Campaign contributed to ACORN in the past undoubtedly were used for voter registration drives.”

Even though the pro-Obama political activity of ACORN had been widely reported, and employees of ACORN and affiliated organizations lie Project Vote have been either indicted or convicted of submitting false voter registration forms in 14 states, in June 2008 CCHD approved grants of $1.13 million to 40 local ACORN affiliates for the cycle beginning July 1, 2008. Those grants were ratified by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops at its June 2008 meeting.

The CCHD-ACORN relationship suddenly became too embarrassing to ignore, and CCHD announced it was suspending (not canceling) the 2008 grants. But the reason given for suspension was not ACORN’s partisan activity or registration frauds; it was because Dale Rathke, the brother of ACORN founder Wade Rathke, had embezzled nearly $ 1 million from the from the organization and its affiliates back in 1999 and 2000….

CHILLING THREATS AND VANDALISM FOR PROP. 8 SUPPORT

Chilling Threats and Vandalism for Prop. 8 Support
The website – cinops be gone – Wednesday, November 19, 2008

The following is an unbelievable story from LifeSiteNews.com, Olympia, Washington, Monday, Nov. 17, 2008 by Kathleen Gilbert with Mormons, Knights of Columbus Face Chilling Threats and More Vandalism for Prop. 8 Support.

“AMIDST ALL THIS LAWLESSNESS, HARASSMENT, TRAMPLING OF CIVIL RIGHTS AND NOW DOMESTIC TERRORISM, ONE THING STANDS OUT: THE DEAFENING SILENCE OF OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS,” SAID CAMPAIGN CO-MANAGER FRANK SCHUBERT. (PROTECT MARRIAGE.COM)

“NOT A SINGLE ELECTED LEADER HAS SPOKEN OUT AGAINST WHAT IS HAPPENING. WHERE IS GOVERNOR ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER WHILE CHURCHES ARE BEING ATTACKED? AND WHERE IS SENATOR DIANNE FEINSTEIN WHILE PEOPLE ARE LOSING THEIR JOBS AND GRANDMOTHERS ARE BEING BULLIED BY AN ANGRY MOB?”

Envelopes containing white powder were sent to Mormon temples in both Los Angeles and Salt Lake City on Thursday, by forcing the buildings to be evacuated before an FBI hazardous material crew determined that the powder was innocuous… A similar envelope, sent from California, arrived on the same day at a mailroom and printing plant at the Knights of Columbus headquarters in New Haven…. The Knights of Columbus have also been targeted for supporting Proposition 8, having raised slightly over 1 million dollars for the “Yes on 8” campaign.

Homosexual protesters are also boycotting and picketing business owners who supported the proposition assisted by AntiGayBlacklist.com, where the names of individuals who contributed to Yes on 8 are publicized and subjected to boycotting and other pressures.

The L.A. Times reports that one restaurant, El Coyote, came under siege by hundreds of protesters because the owner’s daughter, Marjorie Christoffersen, had privately contributed $100 to Yes on 8. The rioting became so out control at one point that the LA Police Department was forced to quell the disturbance in riot gear. (Now for page 1)

“The Mormon church (just like most churches) is a cesspool of filth.” writes the anarchist homosexual group Bash Back!, in a statement flaunting the vandalism of an Olympia Mormon stake center over the weekend. “It is a breeding ground for oppression of all sorts and needs to be confronted, attacked, subverted and destroyed.”

The group fumed over the Mormon Church’s “disgusting commercials” and “their despicable sermons,” saying, “The Church has to pay.”

“The Mormon church teaches us to hate our bodies, not to trust ourselves or our desires,” the statement continued. “This ends up deforming us as healthy sexual and communal beings. This is unacceptable.” …

According to the police reports, vandals spray painted phrases as “pro-gay” and “feel no shame in your love” as well as anarchy symbols on the doorsteps and back wall of the building…. Mormons were among many religious groups supporting the true marriage ballot measures, joining Catholics, Muslims, orthodox Jews and evangelicals Christians….

George H. Kubeck,
P.S. The above can happen to any church in America. To help pay for the clean-up, I will put twenty-five dollars in an envelope and drop it off at a nearby Mormon Church.

Thoughts on the Obama Victory - 6
An in-depth study of the voters for Loretta Sanchez – Part 2

The website – “cinops be gone” – Tuesday, November 18, 2008
Prologue: +++ “The Son of Man has come to seek and save what was lost.”

“It’s time Catholics stop accommodating pro-abortion-rights politicians and it’s time to start demanding that politicians accommodate us. In this election, if a Catholic cannot vote for a pro-life candidate, then not voting for that office may be the sincerest expression of faithful citizenship.” Carl A. Anderson, Supreme Knight +++ Columbia – November - 2008 “Part of the answer to the bishops’ post-election dilemma could be in launching a major new program to educate Catholics in forming their consciences, with the focus largely but not exclusively on political issues. Consulting loyal Catholics knowledgeable about politics and communications
might also help.” +++ Russell Shaw – Our Sunday Visitor – November 16, 2008

“Cinops be gone was deeply disappointed with the outcome in the 47th Congressional in Orange County. It was all down on paper, common sense, natural law, reason and the Catholic Catechism. Yet so-called Catholics in the district voted for a shameless pro-abortionist, pro-embryonic stem-cell research, for same-sex marriage and a sponsor for the Freedom of Choice Act Catholic-label Loretta Sanchez. We have about at least 50 to 75 Democrats in Congress like her; and she is a certified clone of San Francisco values CINOP Nancy Pelosi. Maybe, I was a voice crying out in the wilderness. Maybe, what we have in the halls of the bishops throughout the country religious correctness, something similar to political correctness. Don’t upset the apple cart, and follow the party line. {I recall during the Cold War , the front party line organization set-up by left-wing sympathizers.} Sorry, that mindset is over. Get ready for the marriage battle. Marriage is between a man and a woman; and that is what America is all about. That diabolical Catholic-label fraud-politician Attorney General Jerry Brown caused one problem. He changed the wording on the ballot for Nov. 4th from marriage is between a man and a woman to same-sex marriage will not be legalized.” +++ George H. Kubeck, 1:10 P.M. today.

Is it possible, Russell Shaw, that you can recommend “cinops be gone” as part of the new program to educate Catholics in forming their consciences? Since May, 2007, we have had over 530 letters on the blog. Many relate to trying to understand the mind and heart of a Catholic-in-name-only politician. WE HAVE DISCOVERED THAT THE BIGGEST ENEMY OF MARRIAGE IN CALIFORNIA AND THROUGHOUT THE NATION ARE THE CATHOLIC-LABEL POLITICIANS. Why don’t the Baptists and Evangelicals have that problem? Why do we?

“Cinops be gone” will be gathering together all the voices crying in the wilderness, like Robert Kendra, David Carlin and others. Hope I will not overreach myself and look at the big picture with a memory going back to Dec. 7th, 1941. Like the Hound of Heaven, “cinops be gone” will pursue the CINOP to the ends of the earth. We will stop when we have his or her conversion back to their Catholic Faith or their defeat at election time.

FIGHT 'COERCED CONSENSUS'

FIGHT ‘COERCED CONSENSUS’
The website – cinops be gone – Monday, November 17, 2008
RESISTING A VIEWPOINT THAT SUPPORTS CULTURE OF DEATH,
MORAL RELATIVISM IS EVERYONE’S JOB

Bishop Michael Sheridan of Colorado Springs, Colorado gave the keynote address to the 2008 Catholic Radio Conference in Birmingham, Ala. The following is Teresa Tomeo’s comment article in the Our Sunday Visitor, November 16, 2008.

Bishop Sheridan expressed with great clarity the severity of the culture war raging around us and the enormous responsibility of Catholic media to uphold, explain and affirm Church teaching day in and day out. He referred to the moral blindness in our World today as a “coerced consensus”that must be challenged, pointing to secular entertainment and news media as “the principal vehicles for the message of irresponsibility today.”

Bishop Sheridan explained that, according to sociologist James Davison Hunter, this “coerced consensus” involves a “self-conscious imposition of a viewpoint with the ultimate goal of an unconscious acceptance.” Our reality is redefined through the multitude of messages fed through us through our media-saturated culture. We come to an unconscious acceptance of these messages or ideas. The bishop stressed the “unconscious acceptance” factor makes dissent from this so-called reality practically an act of treason and insists through this secular media have accomplished and “extraordinary feat.”

“It is clear that coerced consensus is the principle tool of the culture of death. It was at work in the widespread societal acceptance of contraception long before the question of legalized abortion arrived on the scene,” he said. “It was and remains at the heart of the assault on the family by radical feminism and the gay marriage movement. It permeates the stereotypes of television and cinema, and its justification and expansion constitute the principle self-identified mission of the academy and the judiciary.”

Isn’t this how we feel when we turn on the television, go to movie or engage in an issue-oriented conversation around the water cooler or dinner table? WE ARE BOMBARDED WITH MESSAGES CONTRARY TO OUR FAITH. When we challenge those messages, we are often labeled as extremists and, in some cases, ostracized by co-workers, friends and families.

There is, indeed, this strong consensus that not only promotes and defends a culture of death and moral relativism, but attacks those who resist it. For example, Bishop Kevin Farrell of the Diocese of Dallas and Bishop Kevin Vann of the Diocese of Forth Worth, Texas, recently issued a joint statement about political responsibility and the importance of life issue. It was not only rejected by some angry Catholics, but also the cause for outburts at Mass and even a protest. This type of reaction to truth, Bishop Sheridan said, requires all of us to be ready and willing to persevere.

“In this blessed land, we may not be called upon to give witness with our blood, but we will continue to be called upon to resist ridicule, to resist the marginalization of the natural law, to resist the minimization of religious viewpoints, to resist the marginalization of the natural law, to resist an increasingly tolerant secular culture, to resist unjust laws, jurisprudence and bureaucratic decision making that militate against the Church, her rights and her humane values,” he said.

PASTORE'S CORNER

Pastore’s Corner
The website – cinops be gone – Monday, November 17, 2008
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
This week, I would like to share with you three important news items that we need to pray for and react to wisely, following the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
First, as you know, our Bishops had their fall General Assembly Meeting last week in Baltimore. Cardinal Francis George, his opening address, stated very clearly about working for the common good:

“The Church comes and always and everywhere with the memory, the conviction, that the Eternal Word of God became man, took flesh in the womb of the Virgin Mary, nine months before Jesus was born in Bethlehem. This truth is celebrated in our liturgy because it is branded into our spirit … The common good can never be adequately incarnated in any society when those waiting to be born can be legally killed at choice.”

One of the Bishops strongest positions is against abortion. They vowed in forcefully confront President-elect Obama and his administration over its support for abortion rights: “The church and religious freedom might be under attack in the new presidential administration.” As faithful citizens and true disciples of Jesus, we need to be totally united with our bishops in this battle against abortion, especially in our country, not simply through prayers, penance and sacrifices, but also with our own united voice defending our innocent and powerless brothers and sisters in their mothers’ wombs.

Second, last week, Cardinal Javier Lozano Barragan, the president of the Pontifical Council for Health Care Ministry, in responding to an announcement on Sunday from Obama’s team saying that the future president would reverse the policy of George Bush and to give the go-ahead to the embryonic stem-cell research, warned the President-elect Obama that it is unethical to give a green light to embryonic stem-cell research: “Noting that human dignity is an end in itself, and not a means that can be manipulated. One person can never be used as means for another … It is not possible to kill one human being to save another.” United with Rome, we must stand firm in this fight against “embryonic stem-cell research” in our Country.

Third, Proposition 8 was passed in favor of the teaching of the Church, our Christian value of a sacred, traditional family and marriage – between a man and a woman only -, instituted by God. The opponents in favor of same-sex marriage have been stirring up all kinds of lawsuits, protests, demonstrations and threats to society and our Christian foundation about the sacredness of marriage. We need more prayers, penance and sacrifices, holding firm to our position and if needed to stand up together with the Church and all God-fearing people of good will, who respect the natural law of marriage (between a man and a woman only), to fight against this “atheistic abomination”/evil of same-sex union/marriage. May God help us! May the Blessed Virgin Mary, all the saints, especially St. Paul in this Pauline Jubilee Year, and all the angels help us! May God bless you all!
Your servant/brother in Christ,
Fr. M.

George H. Kubeck.
P.S. “The courage to recognize truth and the joy we take in it are fundamental marks of the Christian Faith…. human beings need truth. The world needs truth.” Pope Benedict XVI.

THOUGHTS ON THE OBAMA VICTORY - 5

Thoughts on the Obama Victory – 5
The website – cinops be gone – Friday, November 14, 2008

Let us focus in as Michael Medved would say like a laser beam on the obvious reality that the corrupt media doesn’t want to talk about.

Firstly, if McCain had the baggage of Obama, he would not have gone to first base with respect to the presidency of the United States.

Secondly, if Obama was a pro-abortion Black candidate, he would not have received the nomination on the Democratic ticket. If he ran as pro-life candidate on the Republican ticket he would have won the presidency.

Thirdly, with 650 million dollars in Campaign contribution and the support of a Pravda-type media anyone can win the presidency, even an independent candidate. (McCain had only 350 million dollars.)

Fourthly, as the respected Michael Barone wrote in U.S. News and World Report, Nov. 17-24, 2008:

“… he (Obama) used his unprecedented ability to raise money BREAKING HIS PROMISE TO TAKE FEDERAL FUNDS AND BY DISABLING THE ADDRESS VERIFICATION SYSTEM THAT WOULD HAVE SCREENED OUT MANY ILLEGAL CREDIT CARD CONTRIBUTIONS. (So we had a president elected with illegal money. Who cares! ghk)

Such actions by a Republican, as Washington Post media critic Howard Kurtz had argued, would have gotten scathing coverage from mainstream media. Not so Obama. His campaign outspent McCain vastly on ads and organization in target states. That probably switched 1 to 2 percent of the vote in five key states – Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, and Indiana – which meant that Obama won a solid 364 electoral votes rather than a Bush-like this majority of 278. All of which shows a certain ruthlessness….

Fifthly, the above shows that you can buy a presidential election. And we shall continue to pay a price due largely to corrupt journalism.
Sixthly, as reported by Time Magazine in a complimentary way, there are at least five very rich Homosexual billionaires who contributed millions of extra dollars to the Obama campaign against traditional American candidates. We see gay activists protesting against the passage of the Marriage Amendments in California, Arizona and Florida. Our signs should read: You Have All the Civil Rights of Married Couples. Or You Can’t Change the Historic Definition of Marriage, Or No To Pornography, Fornication, and Adultery to MY Marriage. Thank God for the Black American vote of 70% to 30% for Marriage between a man and a woman! Marriage is irreconcilable with no concessions to the Secular Culture of Death America. We must deal wisely with hatred. Here is one example.

Palm Springs Rally Turns Violent
By Kimberly Cheng, KPSP Local 2 News:
A gay rights rally at the Palm Springs City Hall turned violent Friday night when a woman showed up carrying a Styrofoam cross. A scuffle took place and angry crowd even turned on our KPSP Local 2 crew.
“They began grabbing me. It was like a dog pack,” Phyllis Burgess, a Prop 8 supporter, said.
All caught on tape the video shows one protester grabbing the Styrofoam cross from Burgess hands, Another protester is shown stomping on it. Burgess says she was struck on the head and spit on…Out of the hundreds at the rally, only dozens were part of the chaos. “ The majority of the crowd didn’t (get involved), said Stan Janas, a gay rights supporter. “ We stayed with our own agenda.”…

Lastly and sadly there will be no investigation of the Barney Franks and Chris Dodds and the corrupt Wall Street CEO’s responsible for the financial crisis.

Catholic Colleges Have Little Impact on Faith, Values

Catholic Colleges Have Little Impact on Faith, Values
The website – cinops be gone – Thursday, November 13, 2008

Catechesis must return to being, not one opinion among others, but a certainty that draws on the faith of the Church, the contents exceed the common view…. Pope Benedict XVI – Co-Workers of the Truth, Meditations for Every Day, Nov. 12th.

A groundbreaking survey of Catholic college students published by The Cardinal Newman Society’s (CNS) Center for the Study of Catholic Higher Education find that most students on Catholic campuses reject key Catholic moral values and tenets of the faith, and significant numbers engage in pre-marital sexuality and the viewing of pornography. … many commentators are looking for reasons why the Catholic vote broke the way it did in such large numbers for a pro-abortion candidate….

CNS released a report five years ago, drawing on data from 38 Catholic colleges collected by UCLA’s Higher Education Research Institute. That study found that student’s support for Catholic teaching on abortion, gay marriage, and other issues declined over four years at a Catholic institution.

For the current study, CNS commissioned QEV Analytics, which conducted as analysis of the Catholic vote for Crisis magazine prior to the 2000 presidential election, to conduct the random survey of current and recent students a U.S. Catholic colleges and universities, all between the ages of 18 and 29….

 Key findings clearly demonstrate that large numbers of students at Catholic colleges and universities are in clear conflict with the Catholic Church.
 Nearly 1 in 5 knew another student who had or paid for an abortion.
 46% of current and recent students – and 50% of females – said they engaged in sex outside of marriage.
 84% said they had friends who engaged in premarital sex.
 60% agreed strongly or somewhat that abortion should be legal.
 60% agreed strongly or somewhat that premarital sex is not a sin.
 57% agreed strongly or somewhat that same-sex marriage should be legal.
 57% said the experience of attending a Catholic college or university had no effect on their participation in Mass and the sacrament of reconciliation.
 54% of respondents said that their experience of attending a Catholic college or university had no effect on their support for the teachings of the Catholic Church.
 56% said their experience had no effect on their respect for the Pope and bishops.

In April 2008 Pope Benedict XVI, recognizing the reality on many Catholic campuses, told Catholic college presidents gathered at The Catholic University of America that the Catholic faith must permeate all aspects of Catholic campus life. “Is the faith tangible in our universities and schools?” the Holy Father asked the college presidents. “Only in this way do we really bear witness to the meaning of who we are and what we uphold. From this perspective one can recognize that the contemporary “CRISIS OF TRUTH” IS ROOTED IN A “CRISIS 0F FAITH.” Written by CNSwebsite, Date Posted 11/5/2008

P.S. Here are some more questions: How many students believed in the Eucharistic Presence before and after 4 years? What is the political party affiliation of all the professors? Note that donations of monies to the Democratic Party candidates were often in many Catholic schools up to five times more than to Republican candidates.

From The New Criterion: V. 24, Number 2, Notes & Comments, October, 2005:

“Martin Heidegger once said that the fundamental metaphysical question is “Why is there something rather than nothing?” While waiting for an answer to that query, we would like to offer for the consideration of our readers a less fundamental, but perhaps no less pressing, metaphysical question: “How is it that cultural coverage in The New York Times, which yesterday seemed as awful as it was possible to be, is today even worse?” This ever-fresh question deserves serious thought. How do they do it: each week a little more tawdry and demotic, more politically correct, less intellectually nimble and journalistically serious?

“Some of you may immediately object, pointing out that this prodigy of deterioration is by no means confined to the Times’s coverage of culture. We concede the point. After all, we are talking about a newspaper that actually employs Paul Krugman, Maureen Dowd, Frank Rich, and Bob Herbert, not as comic relief but as some of its star pundits. These are moveon.org folks, infatuated by a combination of narcissism, ideology, and moral hysteria. And let’s not forget that cynosure of fatuousness,

Arthur “Pinch” Sulzberger, the perpetually adolescent publisher of the Times, who sets the tone…. Remember the recent flap over demands that the Pulitzer Prize for Walter “Friend of Joe Stalin” Duranty be rescinded? The Times couldn’t give it back, Pinch said, because it didn’t actually have the award. …

“The truth is: deterioration at the Times is a rich subject, full of cautionary tales about how a great liberal institution can go rancid by making a caricature of its principles and adulterating its work. When a great newspaper’s front page is indistinguishable from its editorial page, and its editorial page is indistinguishable from a transcript of a Democratic Party rally, journalistic decay is a certainty. But if what’s happened to the Times’s news reporting and opinion page is an outrage – think only of the repulsive way in which the paper attempted to generate anti-Bush capital from the Katrina disaster – its coverage of culture is somehow more depressing than infuriating. Here, too, one finds the triumph of ideology over principle and an unseemly race to the lowest common denominator….An entire dissertation might be written about what has happened ….

“Times Book Review: In many respects, it is Exhibit “A” in the metaphysical sweepstakes under discussion. It was already as bad as it could get when a new editor came along – treating readers to, inter alia, full length reviews of tell-all books by famous porn stars, garish redesign, and a steady diet of politically correct sermons about the world of ideas – somehow made it worse. Our favorite recent example was the preposterous essay by Jim Sleeper, a lecturer in political science at Yale, which attempted to rehabilitate Allan Bloom and The Closing of the American Mind for the Left. The basic argument was that Bloom’s book was not the simple-minded prescriptive book it has often been taken to be (taken to be by the Left, that is, though Mr. Sleeper left out that bit). Ergo (note the logic), it cannot be something that could give aid and comfort to conservatives who, as everyone knows, are simple-minded, prescriptive ideologues. It would have been funny if it hadn’t been in earnest. But of course it was in earnest….”

In today’s Orange County Register, I saw two news items from the Times.

THOUGHTS ON THE OBAMA VICTORY - 4 - AN IN-DEPTH STUDY OF THE VOTERS FOR LORETTA SANCHEZ - PART I

Thoughts on the Obama Victory – 4
An in-depth study of the voters for Loretta Sanchez – Part I
The website – cinops be gone – Tuesday, November 11, 2008

First of all, let us thank the Catholic American voters in Missouri and Pennsylvania for common sense and intelligent voting. In Missouri where both candidates received about 50% of the vote, the Catholic vote went to Sen. McCain, the pro-life candidate, 55-45% margin. In Pennsylvania, which the president-elect Sen. Obama, the pro-abortion candidate won by a 55-44% margin, the Catholic vote went to Sen. McCain by 52% to 48%.

Had we had this Catholic vote in Orange County only, we would have elected pro-life, pro-marriage and pro-family Rosie Avila for Congress in the 47th Congressional District. It seems that the Bishops and priests in the above two states spoke up and explained to the voters all about abortion on demand, (infanticide), assisted-suicide, euthanasia, embryonic stem-cell research, and same-sex marriage. This is what the Democratic Party is all about with socially fundamental evil issues. Repeat after me, over & over again, the Democratic Party of John F. Kennedy is dead, dead, dead as a door nail.

All of Orange County should be in shame, returning to Washington, DC the Culture of Death Candidate, Loretta Sanchez a.k.a. CINOP (Catholic-in-name-only politician), a truly Catholic-label fraud-politician.

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS: On Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, I telephoned the office of Loretta Sanchez between 11:35 and noon and talked to Kerri (714) 839-4431, with this message, “I am asking you and begging you to come out in favor of Proposition 8 publicly before the election.” I said the same to Martha with CINOP Lou Correa at (714) 558-4400, and CINOP Jose Solorio, Denise, at (714) 939-8469. I even sent a letter to the Most Reverend Bishop Tod Brown, D.D. Bishop of the Diocese of Orange on Thursday, Oct. 30th. Posted on the blog:

WHY? AN OUNCE OF PREVENTION IS WORTH A POUND OF CURE! The above three politicians are with the California Democratic Party that is promoting Same-Sex Marriage and the defeat of Proposition 8 the Marriage Amendment and also Proposition 4 the Parental Notification Measure. Any authentic Catholic American politician would have stood up publicly and said I disagree with the position of my Democratic Party on these two fundamental issues. MARRIAGE AND FAMILY ARE THE FOUNDATION STONES OF OUR SOCIETY. If abortion could have been overruled in some measure by Congress in 1973, it would have been the right thing to do. By the way the 52 to 48% victory for 8 was nothing to be proud of. It should have been 60% with authentic and informed Catholic voting.

The evidence is overwhelming: CATHOLIC-IN-NAME-ONLY-POLITICIANS ARE PROMOTING SAME-SEX MARRIAGE FOR THE UNITED STATES. I have studied the matter in Canada. In the year 2005, the Catholic Liberal Party politicians passed same-sex marriage in Canada.

This is now an albatross around the neck of the Canadian people. But wait we have a CINOP Governor Arnold, a Republican who has lost his mind. Thanks to his wife Maria, a member of the notorious and destructive CINOP Kennedy clan. CINOP Arnold supports same-sex marriage. I think we as Americans can learn something from Arnold’s younger days in Austria. That’s when Catholic Austrian voters were misguided into voting for the National Socialist Party.

TO LIVE FOR ETERNAL LIFE

To Live for Eternal Life
The website – cinops be gone – Monday, November 10, 2008

This is a classic written by Pope Benedict XVI many years ago, Jan. 4, 1979. Co-Workers of the Truth, “Meditations for Every Day of the Year,” Ignatius, Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, the November 10th meditation.

Humanity needs eternity; every other hope is too short for it. And it is not true that eternity robs humanity of time, impoverishes it, and makes it unimportant.

On the contrary eternity can give man time. If a person’s death is worthless, then his life is worthless too. If man is ultimately jettisoned in death, if he becomes as so much refuse, then he is, even beforehand, of the things humanity can jettison and can treat as such.

But if man never becomes refuse, if his value is called eternity, then this value is always his and marks his whole life.

A psychologist pointed out recently that the embezzled heaven is the crucial sickness of earth: because people forget heaven, the earth becomes empty and men become ill. If we promise paradise to later generations but only nothingness, only death, to each individual, then we have promise nothing to anyone.

It comes down to this: a future that is just future and not also present has nothing to offer humanity: every day is too long to wait for it.

A present that is only present and has no future has no hope. The nothingness that follows it also pollutes the present and makes it unbearable. Only eternity can unite present and future.

It always transcends the moment, is always more than we presently have, but it is not limited just to the future, it always extends even now into all our days.

Those who have talked us out of our belief in heaven or would like to talk us out of it, have not given us the earth in exchange but have made it desolate and empty, have covered it with darkness. We must find once more the courage to believe in eternal life with all our heart.

Then we shall have the courage to love the earth and to work at building its future.

Let us dare to believe once more in eternal life, to live for eternal life. We shall see how life automatically becomes richer, greater, more free and less cramped.

LESSONS FROM SHEEP-HERDING

Lessons from sheep-herding
The website - cinops be gone – Sunday, November 9, 2008

Thank you Homiletic & Pastoral Review, November, 2008, by Jay Boyd:
“When bishops are unfaithful to their promise of obedience, it seems that several messages are sent to the faithful.”…

Priests and bishops want to protect their flocks, keep them together, prevent strays. They may even have some “instincts” that help them to achieve this, and they certainly are given graces by virtue of their ordination that enable them to accomplish God’s will. BUT THEY MUST ALSO BE ATTENTIVE TO THE GOOD SHEPHERD; they must be aware of his plan and carry out his instructions. OTHERWISE THEY ARE WORKING FOR THEMSELVES, AND NOT FOR GOD….

In the Church, our Holy Father is issuing commands to the bishops. Certainly, he is infallible in matters of faith and morals, BUT WE ARE ALL REQUIRED BY OBEDIENCE OF FAITH TO FOLLOW HIS TEACHING EVEN IF IT IS NOT ISSUED ‘EX CATHEDRA.’ Most importantly, the bishops must follow the pope’s directives, or their flocks are going to scatter…. we have had many instances of bishops failing to obey the commands of the Holy Father, resulting in confusion among the sheep… er, laity,

My admittedly limited reading of historical Church documents and their implementation in the U.S.A. had led me to the conclusion that American bishops, especially since Vatican II have felt they are entirely within their rights to disregard these documents. I believe that this is an outgrowth of the fact that our nation was founded and shaped primarily by Protestants who sought freedom both from foreign monarchs and from the limits those monarchs set on religious practice.

As Catholics we became increasingly integrated into mainstream American life, they too came to view that “bishop of Rome” as a foreign domination they’d rather avoid. This image must have been made even more apparent during the time of John F. Kennedy’s political career, as allegiance to the pope as a potential threat to the integrity of JFK’s presidency was made an issue at that time. I’ve heard more than one Catholic refer to “that bunch of celibate old men in Rome” making rules that grate on American sensitivities….

Consider the confusion that has ensued in wake of passive opposition shown by many U.S. bishops to the encyclical, HUMANAE VITAE. This document was controversial at the time it was promulgated, with many predicting that the Holy Father would reverse a longstanding tradition of the Church and allow the use of artificial contraception. When this did not occur, the search began for the loopholes that would allow contracepting couples to continue violating Church teaching. The shepherd was clear and correct in issuing his directive, but the dogs have failed to follow his commands. …

…several messages are sent to the faithful. First, these bishops imply that they do not consider the faithful intelligent to recognize the disparity between their actions and the words of the various documents… Second, the bishops seem to be saying that they can ignore the directives of the Vatican with impunity, the third message: “Do as I say, not as I do.”…

THOUGHTS ON THE OBAMA VICTORY - 3

Thoughts on the Obama Victory - 3

Feast Dedication of St. John Lateran Basilica – cinops be gone, Sunday, Nov. 9/08
Stephen’s death made a profound influence on Paul, who later became the world’s
greatest missionary. Even those who oppose you now may later turn to Christ.

Where do I start and who cares as I sit in the Witness Box? The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth as we survey the political landscape of America. You may think that I am in the twilight zone. The truth needs to be proclaimed. America when it promotes the Culture of Death is definitely in the twilight zone of destruction for its people and the world. Let’s start with Chicago.

Chicago was and is a political cesspool when Barack Obama entered it and when he left the city to run for the Presidency. Recently, the unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers won the endorsement of 3,000 educators. I suppose they support him not for his terrorism but for his educational ideas. When you think of it Stalin and Hitler also had some good educational ideas.

It seems that The Catholic Campaign for Human Development (annual collection to occur Nov. 23, 2008) gave $1,076,000 to ACORN in 2007. ACORN stands for “Association of Community Organization for Reform Now.”

For the ACORN grants some are labeled “education”, some “economic justice”, some “neighborhood Improvement”, some “housing”, some “civil rights-racism” and some “environmental justice”. Only ONE of the 39 grants is labeled “immigrant rights” – New Jersey. Enough said.

Maybe you can check it out for later posting!
http://www.usccb.org/cchd/2007CCHDGrantees.pdf or Chairman: Most Reverend Howard J Hubbard, Bishop of the Diocese of Albany, New York, Catholic Campaign for Human Development (518) 453- 6611 chancery@rcda.org – for district info: http://www.org/cchd/director.shtml

The advisors to the bishops are most often responsible for serious errors in advice and judgment.

Congratulations again to President-elect Barack Obama. It seems today there are many even on the left that doesn’t know who Obama is. The singular accomplishment thus far, is that he has broken the race barrier and for that alone he is a hero. Firstly, he is a half-black and half-white American. His Mom was from Kansas and his Dad from Kenya and he was not a U.S. citizen. Secondly, Obama is the most pro-abortion President in U.S. history and that is his tip of the iceberg.

In the future, we will have several Black American Presidents. But they will be pro-life, pro-marriage and pro-family. IT IS THE ONLY WAY OUR COUNTRY CAN SURVIVE AS A PEOPLE AND BE AMERICANS. WE THANK BLACK-AMERICANS WHO HELPED IN THE PASSAGE OF THE MARRIAGE AMENDMENTS IN CALIFORNIA, FLORIDA AND ARIZONA. NATIVE BLACK AMERICANS UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT. IT IS FROM THEM OUR FUTURE PRESIDENTS WILL ORIGINATE FROM.

When I watched the acceptance speech of President elect Obama, I saw Reverend Jesse Jackson in the audience. In 1977, he sent a message to Congress. ABORTION AMOUNTS TO “GENOCIDE AGAINST THE BLACK RACE.” “AS A MATTER OF CONSCIENCE I MUST OPPOSE THE USE OF FEDERAL FUNDS FOR A POLICY OF KILLING INFANTS.” Why do black Americans have to change and accommodate to the American Elite on abortion in order to run for office?

The World Over with Raymond Arroyo

The World Over with Raymond Arroyo
The website – cinops be gone – Saturday, November 8, 2008

This is the best Catholic news program on EWTN weekly Friday at 5 P.M. Raymond had as his guests Pat Buchanan and New Jersey Congressman Christopher H. Smith who is a very strong pro-life leader.

The Catholic vote in this election was an eye opener. The idea of what constitutes the “Catholic vote” is widely debated. Unbelievable, 0bama won the Catholic vote overall 54% - 45%. If the vote had gone the other way, McCain would be president. Among Catholics who attend mass every week, McCain won 55% - 43%. Other figures show it closer 50% to 49%. The economy and the idea of having our first Black American for president were two factors. In the year 2000 Gore got over 500,000 more votes than Bush. Catholics voted about 52% for Gore. Catholics wanted to have our first Jewish American Senator Joe Lieberman as Vice-President.

Why did the economic meltdown occur around September 15th, appropriately 6 weeks before the election? That’s my question! We saw AIG and Lehman Brother’s collapse.

Congressman Smith is a senior member of the Foreign Affairs Committee. Smith perceives Obama a leftist and the most pro-abortion president ever elected.
He worries about the “Hyde Amendment” not passing this time around. This amendment forbids federal tax payer funding of abortion. Also in our very successful programs in Africa, he fears that the abortion agenda will be added to any aid. African leaders don’t want anything to do with abortion. Smith correctly perceives a tsunami coming our way. On the other hand, Buchanan believes Obama will move towards the center.

However, as a pay-off for Obama’s financial supporters, “Freedom of Choice Act,” “Hate Crimes Legislation,” and “Enda Laws,” will be foisted unto our nation. Explanations of these measures are all posted on the blog in October.

The good news is that the marriage amendments passed in California with 52% of the vote, in Florida with 62% of the vote, and also in Arizona with a majority. By the way, if Catholics in California were grounded in their faith the vote for marriage would have been 60% instead of 52%.The problem also is that the ACLU and their culture of death allies will continue to attack in the courts and try to make the amendments unconstitutional.

The Mormon Church deserves a special badge of honor. Witness the protests at their church in Los Angeles during this past week because of their support for the marriage amendment. If proposition 8 had failed then all of us who believe that marriage is between a man and a woman; we would be considered legally, bigots. That is how sick the society is out there.

What do you think we should do about this matter?

TTHOUGHTS ON THE OBAMA VICTORY - 1

Thoughts on the Obama Victory - 1
The website – cinops be gone – Thursday, November 6, 2008

One of our most powerful weapons besides prayer is the truth. The truth is available not only to traditional America but also to secular America which won this Presidential election. The problem is the truth is being ignored or snuffed out by secular America.

They are using political correctness which is all about slanted half-truths and outright lies. In our corner, we will proclaim the truth relentlessly and let you decide. To understand better what I am writing about please reread the three articles titled, Understanding Barack Obama’s Secular Agenda, posted on the above website last month.

Better still, if you can listen to Talk Radio Host Dennis Prager daily locally on 870 KRLA radio from 9 A.M. to 12 noon. In fact, listen to anyone else on that station throughout the day in particular Michael Medved from 12 to 3 P.M.

CONGRATULATIONS TO PRESIDENT-ELECT BARACK OBAMA. HE BROKE THE RACIAL BARRIER NOT ONLY FOR BLACK AMERICANS BUT FOR ALL AMERICANS LIKE BOBBY JINDAHL OF INDIA BACKGROUND, A CONVERT TO CATHOLICISM AND A FUTURE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE.

What is currently obnoxious to fair-minded persons is how Sarah Palin is smeared and denigrated. The power of the corrupt media is awesome: Example:

Regarding Palin, here is interesting data on how she was covered by media: http:// www.cultureandmediainstitute.org/ Click on the SPECIAL REPORT

The précis:
Networks View of Palin: Dunce or Demon
A new CMI study reveals that broadcast networks aired 18 negative stories for every positive story on Sarah Palin during a two-week period before and after the vice-presidential debate. Subsequently, Palin’s “unfavorable” ratings shot up 17 percent on one month.

The report, A Study in Character Assassination: How the TV Networks Have Portrayed Sarah Palin As a Dunce or Demon, by CMI Senior Editor Brian Fitzpatrick and CMI Research Assistant Colleen Raezler, finds the networks promoting three distinct and false storyline about Palin: unqualified and unintelligent, conservatives reject her, and simply McCain’s attack dog.
Brian Fitzpatrick and Colleen Raezler – October 28, 2008

The above is unbelievable but true. They hate her and want to destroy her because she is a leader for traditional America. Briefly, what this writer will do is take certain areas of the news media and the so-called journalists and shred them to pieces with the truth and boycotts into bankruptcy. Remember McDonalds caved in. Check out on the website, A Victorious Boycott of McDonalds. Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008.

THOUGHTS ON THE OBAMA VICTORY - 2

THOUGHTS ON THE OBAMA VICTORY – 2
The website – cinops be gone – Thursday, November 6, 2008

The following is an article of praise by Peter Dreier, Obama Would Bring Out the Best in Us, Forward, October 31, 2008. Your decide:

By experience track record, temperament, values and vision, Barack Obama is that man. He has the potential to be one of a handful of great presidents – like Abraham Lincoln and Franklin Delano Roosevelt – who turns a serious crisis into an opportunity to move the country in a new and positive direction….

Powell called Obama a “transformational figure” who has “displayed a steadiness, an intellectual curiosity, a depth of knowledge.”… We want government to do more to protect the environment, consumer and workers….
After graduating from Columbia, he chose to work as a community organizer on the streets of Chicago for $13,000 a year, helping ordinary people meet extraordinary challenges, a period during which he discovered his vocation. Graduating from Harvard Law School – where he served as the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review – he rejected numerous lucrative offers in order to live as life of public service, improving society from the bottom up as a civil rights lawyer, law professor, state legislator and U.S. senator….

Obama is committed to making government more accountable to ordinary people…. To fulfill our nation’s potential; we must be active citizens, not passive bystanders…. His economic policies would create millions of new jobs, including “green” jobs that save energy, protect the environment and break out addiction to foreign oil. His domestic agenda would provide affordable health care for all, reduce the cost of prescription drugs and protect Social Security from the Republicans’ risky privatization schemes. He would protect families from foreclosures and expand housing choices at all income levels. He would strengthen workers’ rights on the job. A consistent supporter of protecting a woman’s right to choose, his appointments to the Supreme Court will restore balance from the increasing rightward turn that not only jeopardizes abortion rights but also civil liberties and civil rights.

Obama offers a sharp change in direction from the morally irresponsible and disastrously incompetent policies of the Bush administration…. Obama understands that it won’t be easy to reform health care, strengthen labor laws, tackle global warming, restore job security, regulate banks to make them more consumer friendly, improving the living for the middle class, lift millions of working families out of poverty, and require the very wealthy and big business to act responsibly and pay their fair share of taxes. Like FDR and other great presidents, his success will depend on working with congressional allies to enact a progressive policy agenda. …
+++++

P.S. I hope Obama can communicate to his supporters: Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country! The 50 million American families have about 17 thousand dollars in credit charges and will pay them off.

THE EVIL WIND AND FIRE

THE EVIL WIND AND FIRE
The website – cinops be gone –All Souls Day, Sunday, November 2, 2008

Dear America, and Barack Obama, WE HAVE TWO DAYS TO SMOTHER OUT THAT FIRE AND SPRAY WATER ON IT. There is prayer and fasting but also a lot of hard work getting traditional Americans to the polls. If we do that America will win. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

As an immigrant I believe in a melting pot America. Obama does not. He is in some ways an immigrant. As a child, he lived in Indonesia. Later as a young man he made a decision. He could have married a lovely white lady but he didn’t. He was ambitious. He perceived from a personal leftist perception that Black America gets a raw deal from White America. He loves justice just as much as I do. But it is a false justice for Black Americans. Besides who are you, Barack? You are no Condi Rice, Thomas Sowell or Clarence Thomas. You are not related to Black America, the good and the bad. Your great grandparents weren’t slaves.

Barack is going to give to Black America what he believes is justice and be their hero. We have immigrants from over a hundred countries in the world. And when we come here legal or illegal we love this country. We love America, particularly the immigrants from Cuba, Vietnam and other countries that persecute you. We hate Communists. We despise the love shown by Hollywood and Democrats for Castro and during the Vietnam War for Ho Chi Min.

But going back to our immigrant status, Obama, we don’t want any special rights for immigrants. I don’t want any special rights for Canadian-Americans. We are all Americans. But you want to give special rights for our great Black Americans. That is not right. That is wrong. Beside who are you, Barack Obama?
There has never been an in-depth interview of you. The other day, even the two big talking heads on TV admitted that they don’t know your over-all view of America and our relationship to the World or your views on China for example.

Do you know who you remind of? It’s the man from Corsica! He was Corsican, ambitious and intelligent. He was going to be a Frenchman and he travels to Paris to save the French nation. His name was NAPOLEON. We don’t want a Napoleon or a Celebrity to save our country or be President of the U.S.A.

I apologize to you Barack Obama for the corrupt Catholic pro-choice politicians whom you came in contact with. They did not share with you truly Catholic beliefs on the unborn. I cry because of that. It shows you what corruption can do to any city and even affect you. Also, there is no difference between Mayor Daley’s corrupt voting machine apparatus and A.C.O.R.N. A.C.O.R.N. learned everything from Daley’s Dad.

Chicago is so corrupt that anything on the left spectrum is allowed. There are anarchists, communists, Marxists and their lies; even a terrorist like Bill Ayers and other clones of Stalin. The enemies for Chicago’s pro-choice Catholic Democratic politicians have always been Republicans and conservatives. But we on the right stand tall; we would never allow clones of Adolf Hitler mouthing their ideas among our people. It is sad, that in Chicago you developed wrong contacts.

George H. Kubeck, God Bless America!

SARAH PALIN AND THE POLLS

SARAH PALIN AND THE POLLS
The website- cinops be gone – Saturday, November 1, 2008

When Hollywood and the culture of death advocates NARAL and NOW smear and demean our future Vice-President Sarah Palin, that anger is really against traditional American values and the pro-life movement. They fear and hate Sarah because she is a potential leader like Reagan.

Sarah is not the kind of woman, secular America wants in the political arena. In their secular religion, abortion is a sacred cow and an absolute right. For them, it is one of their sacraments, along with assisted-suicide, euthanasia, same-sex marriage and embryonic stem-cell research. It is a secular religion of the ego.

The question arises of how much influence do the Obama media have in elections? Some people just vote to go along with the winner. Even if the influence is only 1 to 5 %, that can decide a major election. All kinds of polls will be coming out to influence the electorate.

History teaches us that the best advice is to ignore the polls, ignore the polls, and even on Election Day as you enter the voting booth. Firstly, the polls are always oriented towards the culture of death issues and candidates.

When you think of it, with all the propaganda and lies showered upon Americans by the U.S. Media since 1973, one would believe that all America would pro-choice 80% But if we had fair and honest news reporting, America would be pro-life 65% and pro-choice 35%. The difference is in the money the Culture of Death has and their advocates in Hollywood and Academia.

Today, everybody is on edge, secular and religious. We can only trust in the Lord, and lean not on our own understanding.

1.)If we believed the newspapers and polls, Dewey would have won the presidency over Truman.
2.)In the 2004 elections the exit polls showed that Kerry beats Bush. When this did not occur the pollsters were angry but did not apologize to us.
3.)I question even the Zogby poll of yesterday, McCain 47% Obama 46%.
Pray that the undecided voters will vote decisively for McCain.

Never in the history of presidential campaigns has there been such a display of arrogance and presumption than in celebrity Obama’s campaign. Richard Daley Jr. is setting aside two million dollars for a victory celebration in Chicago. Your wonder with the corrupt A.C.O.R.N. registration drive has this election already been bought and paid for. We need an overwhelming turn out to crush decisively the Obama vote, the way leftist McGovern was crushed in 1972.

George H. Kubeck
