Who Do Yout Trust?

Who Do You Trust?
cinops be gone Friday, October 17, 2008 P.M.
The following is an opinion piece. From a religious perspective the answer is simple. Jesus I trust in you! Now the answer from a political point of view may be difficult in this presidential election but not in the 47th Congressional District.

Let this question keep repeating in your mind in this financial crisis! Do you trust Obama with your wallet, savings and retirement fund? Do you trust Obama’s values? Have you checked out who his big supporters in America are: Hollywood, U.S Media and Academia? Include also the anti-war movement who for decades have worked against American interests and hate America? And this hate was there long before the Iraq war and billionaire George Soros. I know because my memory goes back to the 1940’s. My garage wall has this old sign:

VOTE AGAINST
THE CANDIDATES AND ISSUES
THAT HOLLYWOOD AND THE “ELITE”
IN THE MEDIA SUPPORT:

When you are in the voting booth how does this sound? Obama I trust in you. That is a big step! Do I really know you, Barack? Have the news media and journalists been honest and informed me all about you? They have not. Therefore by every criterion Barack you are an unknown person to most voters.

Now the same cannot be said for Catholic-in-name-only politicians. We know who you are and your votes in State and Congress. What we want is an authentic person who does not betray his Catholic beliefs especially on the evil of abortion same sex marriage, assisted-suicide, euthanasia, and embryonic stem-cell research. All of these are absolutely evil. If you can’t trust a CINOP with her religion how can you trust her in office?

For example, it is an insult and shame for any community like the cities of Anaheim, Garden Grove and Santa Ana to be represented by CINOP Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez, a clone of Nancy Pelosi and San Francisco values. Do you trust Sanchez to represent your values and your issues? Doesn’t that send a shiver up your spine? While I am not in her district I do have a CINOP representing me in the State Legislature, Lou Correa.

Congresswoman Rosie Avila will replace Loretta Sanchez with your help. It is also a victory for marriage and parental notification ballot measures 8 and 4.

ROSIE AVILA IS EXPERIENCD AND QUALIFIED: SHE HAS BEEN ON THE SANTA ANA SCHOOL BOARD, 17 YEARS; BIOLA UNIVERSITY TRUSTEE, 16 YEARS.
PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER ORANGE COUNTY YOUTH COMMISSION, 10 YEARS;

PRESIDENT’S COMMISSION ON WHITE HOUSE FELLOWS APPOINTED BY THE US PRESIDENT; RENEW WOMAN ADVISOR TO CONGRESS

In 1960, though, my grandfather had not yet been tested; the disappointments would come later, and even then they would come slowly, without violence that might change him, for better or worse. In the back of his mind he had come to consider himself as something of a freethinker – bohemian, even. He wrote poetry on occasion, listened to jazz, counted a number of Jews he’d met in the furniture business as his closets friends. In his only skirmish into organized religion, he would enroll the family in the local Unitarian Universalist congregation: he liked the idea that Unitarians drew on the scriptures of all great religions (It’s like you get five religions in one,” he would say). 17

Hawaii! To my family, newly arrived in 1959, it must have seemed as if the earth itself, weary of stampeding armies and bitter civilizations, had forced up this chain of emerald rock where pioneers from across the globe could populate the land with children bronzed by the sun. The ugly conquest of native Hawaiians through aborted treaties and crippling disease brought by the missionaries; the carving up of rich volcanic soil by American companies for sugarcane and pineapple plantations; the indenturing system that kept Japanese, Chinese, and Filipino immigrants stooped sunup to sunset in these same fields; the internment of Japanese-Americans during the war – all this was recent history. And yet, by the time my family arrived, it had somehow vanished from collective memory, like morning mist and burned away… 23

My mother’s confidence in needlepoint virtues depended on a faith I didn’t possess, a faith that she would refuse of describe as religious, that, in fact, her experience told her was sacrilegious: a faith that rational, thoughtful people could shape their own destiny. In a land where fatalism remained a necessary tool for enduring hardships, where ultimate truths were kept separate from day-to-day realities, she was a lonely witness for secular humanism, a soldier of New Deal, Peace Corps, position paper liberalism. 50

What Frank called college? An advance degree in compromise. …
“And what’s that?” “Leaving your race at the door,” he said. “Leaving your people behind.” He studied me over the top of his reading glasses. “Understand something, boy. You’re not going to college to get educated. You’re going there to get trained. They’ train you to want what you don’t need. They’ll train you to manipulate words so they don’t mean anything anymore. They’ll you to forget what it is you already know. They’ll train you so good, you’ll start believing what they tell you about equal opportunity and the American way and all that shit. They’ll give you a corner office and invite you to fancy dinners, and tell you you’re a credit to your race. Until you want to actually start running things, and then they’ll yank on your chain and let you know that you may be a well-trained, well-paid nigger, but you’re a nigger just the same.
“So what is it you’re telling me – that I shouldn’t be going to college?”
Frank’s shoulders slumped, and he fell back in his chair with a sigh. “No, I didn’t say that. You’ve got to go. I’m just telling you to keep your eyes open. Stay awake.” 97

Preface: Character, judgment and who do you trust? This is the first in a series of selected excerpts from Barack Obama’s book about himself, not yet ready for the presidency. As a McCain supporter, I want to understand the mind and heart of Obama from his life experiences. Secondly, as an activist in the pro-life movement, why he is not pro-life? Most black Americans are pro-life and believe that the true definition of marriage is between a man and a woman.

“He was an African, I would learn, a Kenyan of the Luo tribe, born on the shores of Lake Victoria in a place called Alego. The village was poor, but his father – my grandfather, Hussein Onyango Obama – had been a prominent farmer, an elder of the tribe, a medicine man with healing powers.
My father grew up herding his father’s goats and attending the local school, set up by the British colonial administration, where he had shown great promise. He eventually won a scholarship to study in Nairobi; and then on the eve of Kenyan independence, he had been selected by Kenyan leaders and American sponsors to attend a university in the United States…
In 1959, at the age of twenty-three, he arrived at the University of Hawaii as that institution’s first African student. He studied econometrics, worked with unsurpassed concentration, and graduated in three years at the top of his class. His friends were legion, and he helped organize the International Students Association, of which he became the first president.
In a Russian language course, he met an awkward, shy American girl, only eighteen, and they fell in love. The girl’s parents, wary at first, were won over by his charm and intellect; the young couple married, and she bore them a son to whom he bequeathed his name… That my father looked nothing like the people around me – that he was black as pitch, my mother white as milk – barely registered in my mind…. p. 9-10
+++++
(Kansas) That was the world in which my grandparents had been raised, the dab-smack, landlocked center of the country, a place where decency and endurance and the pioneer spirit were joined at the hip with conformity and suspicion and the potential for unblinking cruelty. They had grown up less than twenty miles away from each other – my grandmother in Augusta, my grandfather in El Dorado, towns too small to warrant boldface on a road map – and the childhoods they liked to recall for my benefit portrayed small-town, Depression-era America in all its innocent glory: Fourth of July parades and the picture shows on the side of a barn; fireflies in a jar and the taste of vine-rip tomatoes, sweet as apples; dust storms and hailstorms … p. 13
Even the trauma of bank failures and farm foreclosures seemed romantic when spun through the looms of my grandparents’ memories…. So you had to listen carefully to recognize subtle hierarchies and unspoken codes that had policed their early lives, the distinctions of people who don’t have a lot and live in a middle of nowhere. It had to do with something called respectability – there were respectable people and not-so-respectable people – and although you didn’t have to be rich to be respectable, you sure had to work harder at it if you weren’t…”

The California Marriage Amendment

The California Marriage Amendment
cinops be gone Thursday, October 16, 2008

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Do you remember the abortion decision made by the U.S. Supreme Court on Jan. 22, 1973? Had the citizens voted on it, the decision could have been different?

Marriage and family is to a normal society what is air to our lungs. We are not living in a normal society. Allowing same-sex marriage is not normal for any society and for the air we breadth into our lungs and into our children’s lungs.

We get what we vote for or neglect to vote for. We have become desensitized to evil around us. When leaders around us are blind to common sense, reason and natural law, destructive decisions are made.

Please vote yes on Proposition 8 (only marriage between a man and woman is valid.) on the California ballot and support with your time and money the pro-marriage and family candidate list which will be distributed at churches throughout the County.

It is published by Orange County Pro-Family Candidate Campaign, P.O. Box 28402, Santa Ana, Ca. 92799 SERVING ORANGE COUNTY SINCE 1992.

America's Religion of Secular Humanism

America’s Religion of Secular Humanism
cinops be gone Wednesday, October 15, 2008

The terrorists have nothing to fear from this religion. The God of this religion is man and there are at least three pillars, U.S. media, Hollywood and Academia. This religion is fundamentally unconstitutional because the U.S. government cannot promote a national religion. However that national secular religion is being promoted with judicial activists and Academia’s brainwashing and indoctrination of our students via political correctness and relativism. This is called progress into a hollow and fake religion.

What we have is a culture of death religion which can turn any evil upside down. Take for example marriage and the proposition 8 which states that marriage is between a man and a woman. Someone has called this a “Cultural Crossroad Decision.” One secular cardinal professor in this Culture of Death a.k.a. secular religious humanism is Erwin Chemerinsky identified as a renowned constitutional scholar speaking on Proposition 8: 1) The California 4-3 Supreme Court’s ruling is based on sound constitution principles. 2) If proposition 8 passes it will be an incalculable blow to progress.

And then we have the church that Erwin spoke to. The Rev. Paul Tellstrom pastor the Irvine United Congregational Church said his parishioners have been working phone banks, distributing “No on 8” signs and even approved A CHURCH RESOLUTION OPPOSING PROPOSITION 8, “FOR US IT’S A MORAL ISSUE.”
Crazy! (The above from the Orange County Register, Monday, Oct. 13, 2008)

The U.S. media is to Obama what Pravda was to Stalin and Goebbels’ propaganda newspapers were to Hitler. The media is absolutely corrupt. There are many exceptions and Fox News is one of them. When you can’t trust an editor and journalist to report the news honestly and fairly we have a very serious problem. They are able to manipulate what is news and what is not reported.

Furthermore, if today’s U.S. media had reported World War II like they reported the Iraq war we would have lost the war to Hitler. This is a fact.

We seem to be living in the twilight zone. A Republican presidential candidate with the background of Obama would never have gotten to first base in his battle for the presidency. But Democrat Barack Obama did to all the bases.

The issues between the two candidates are more than black and white. It is traditional America versus a radical and secular America. Obama is a secularist and now the God-Father of the America’s religion of secular humanism. He would be God’s punishment on America if he wins.

And yet McCain is closer to black American religious heritage and beliefs than Obama ever can be. Obama is tied into a false Christian religion a.k.a. black liberation theology which is a Karl Marx and Jesus religious experience. There has never been such a wide difference between two presidential candidates.

One day we will have an authentic Black American, a Thomas Sowell type as president of the United States.

The Case against Loretta Sanchez - 7

The Case against Loretta Sanchez – 7
cinops be gone – Tuesday, October 14, 2008 P.M.
We continue with an e-mail report from Dennis and Bachlien TranBadford on 10-25-04

“This voter guide tells you what issues Congresswoman Sanchez support or opposes,” TranBatdorf explained to Do Thanh as he was leaving. “She supports Partial-Birth Abortion, Minors seeking an abortion without Parental Notification, Human Cloning, Stem-Cell Research, Communist Dictator Fidel Castro, and Senator John Kerry…” “That is the reason I am leaving now,” responded Do Thanh as she was giving him a voter guide.

“Congresswoman is well known as an active advocate for human rights for the people of Vietnam,” TranBatdorf said to Singer Viet Dzung as he was leaving, “but at the same time she is making efforts for all resolutions and acts promoting freedom of Partial Birth Abortion killing millions of unborn babies, in violation of human rights in America.
Is Sanchez’ action quick a contrary?”

“If the Vietnamese American voters are aware of these issues that Sanchez supports, nobody of the Vietnamese community would vote for her.” Tina Lan Nguyen said to Sanchez’ guests as she was giving voter guides to them at the entrance gate. “Because of the language and cultural barriers, many Vietnamese people have voted for Sanchez in ignorance.” …

Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez (D-47) is well known in the Vietnamese community of Orange Country through her resolutions in support of freedom of religion and human rights in Vietnam, by wearing Vietnamese traditional dress (Ao Dai VN) as marching Tet Festival, and her profession for actively fighting Vietnamese Communists. Therefore, Sanchez is well considered as a daughter-in-law of the Vietnamese community here. However, we are disappointed and outraged as we read the Christian Coalition Voter Guide of California 2004…. Loretta Sanchez supporting the following issues:

PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION: MARRIAGE FOR HOMOSEXUALITY:

BAN ON PARENTAL NOTIFICATION FOR MINORS SEEKING A ABORTION:
BAN ON FEDERAL FUNDING FOR FAITH-BASE CHARITABLE ORGANIZAT

MARRIAGE TAX PENALTY: HUMAN CLONING
COMMUNIST CUBAN DICTATOR FIDEL CASTRO

JOHN KERRY KILLING THE VIETNAM HUMAN RIGHTS ACT –
HR 2833 IN 2003: NOTE: SANCHEZ STRONGLY SUPPORTEDE JOHN KERRY
IN KILLING THE VIETNAM THE VIETNAM HUMAN RIGHTS ACT –HR 283 AS SHE WORKED TOGETHER WITH KERRY AT THE CONGRESS IN WA-DC EVERYDAY:

IT IS INDEED AN IRONY TO WITNESS SANCHEZ HAVING SUBMITTED SEVERAL RESOLUTIONS SUPPORTING HUMAN RIGHTS IN VIET NAM WHILE SHE IS ACTIVELY MAKING ALL EFFORTS FOR RESOLUTION AND ACTS ALLOWING FREEDOM OF ABORTION, KILLING MILLIONS OF UNBORN BABIES IN VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN AMERICA DESPITE OF THE FACT THE SANCHEZ IS A CATHOLIC WHO WAS BORN IN AND GREW UP IN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH.

DURING 2000 CAMPAIGN, SANCHEZ ALSO ATTEMPTED TO HOLD A FUND RAISING EVENT FOR HER AT PLAYBOY MANSION PUBLISHING AND SELLING PORN MAGAZINE BUT AL GORE STOPPED HER FROM HOSTINGL THE EVENT AND CONSEQUENTLY, SHE WAS RESTRICTED TO SPEAK AT THE 2000 DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL CONVENTION...

The Case against Loretta Sanchez - 6

The Case against Loretta Sanchez – 6
cinops be gone – Tuesday, October 14, 2008 P.M.

Before I get into my report as e-mailed to me by Dennis and Bachlien TranBadford on Monday, Oct. 25, 2004 election, may I share a few thoughts.

The best way to solve the CINOP (Catholic-in-name-only politician) problem in America is to vote them out of office. We have clones of CINOP Nancy Pelosi all over the nation. They are arrogant, cocksure and ruthless politicians. They get reelected via uninformed and duped Catholic American voters.

They use the Catholic label as a source of reelection, and social justice principles as a weapon to confuse. Now social justice issues are fundamentally prudential issues upon which Catholic voters and other Christians can disagree!

Let me explain it this way! What is the difference between a CINOP and a smut politician who supports fornication, adultery and pornography? There isn’t any! Why and How? The CINOP supports the issues of abortion, assisted-suicide, euthanasia, same-sex marriage and embryonic stem-cell research. Now these are all absolutely evil along with the 3 smut issues.

By the way, I have not gotten a chance to telephone or e-mail CINOP politicians Sanchez, Correa and Solorio and asked to come out in a news conference in support of Proposition 8 the Marriage Amendment. Can you make some calls? For all Christians, this is as serious as the abortion decision in 1973. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Now if these three politicians do not come out either individually or together at a news conference, then we can call these three politicians hypocrites, and they must stop using the Catholic label for electioneering purposes. The accurate term would Catholic Label Fraud-Politicians. All of this is a most serious scandal for all Christians and Americans.

Now here is the first and second paragraph of the e-mail report:

Santa Ana – Sunday, October 24, 2004 – A staff of Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez politically incorrect flipped up her “middle finger” at two constituents of Sanchez, Bachlien TranBatdorf and Tina Lan Nguyen as they expressed their freedom of speech by distributing some California Christian Voter Guides to her guests outside of the Regent West Restaurant in Santa Ana where a group of Vietnamese American singers, entertainers and friends of Congresswoman Sanchez held a fund raising event for her.

“These voter guides lie, and are put out by the {Republican} campaign,” said in anger Sanchez’ staff to Bachlien TranBatdorf while she was giving her a copy of California Christian Voter Guide at the entrance of the Restaurant. “That’s not true,” clarified TranBatford, “these voters guides are published by the California Christian Coalition, and independent and non-political organization, and provided for educational purposes only are not to be construed as an endorsement of any candidate or political party. (to be continued)
