  Judicial Watch is second to none using Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to uncover what the government is up to. Russiagate, or Spygate as it is variously known - the Deep State's  lawless attempts to sabotage candidate Trump and later topple President Trump - is a preeminent example... The media was, at best,complicit, at worst an accomplice in this attack on our republican form of government...

   
 To his great credit, Attorney General Robert Barr told Congress unequivocally on April 10, 2019 that agencies of the government spied on Donald Trump and his campaign. After the Muller Report was released five days later, clearing the President of the odious charges that having hung over his Presidency since even before his inauguration, Barr opened an investigation int all facets of the Russia-collusion hoax. 

   
 To facilitate that investigation, President Trump gave the attorney general sweeping new authority, including declassification authority to investigate the origins of the Russiagate Hoax, uncover how and why a counter-intelligence investigation was opened, the FISA warrant process used against Trump and his associates and, importantly, the lack of professionalism in the Clinton e-mail investigation. In other words, the attorney general is also investigating the investigators. ...

Judicial Watch Continues to Pursue the Truth about Russiagate:

 
 Liberal members of Congress and their Media allies are furious with Attorney General Barr because he blew up the Mueller report smear job before it was out of the box...For this truth telling, Barr faces impeachment threats, no plaudits, from the Democratic-media swamp...

    Muller presumes guilt and then refuses to "exonerate" President Trump. This turns our legal system upside down and shows the rule of law is no bar to smearing Trump.

   
 What is missing from the Mueller report is an honest discussion about the origins of the unverified hearsay in the "Steele dossier" that formed the underpinning of the unprecedented spying effort against Trump and his campaign ... Attorney General Barr also promises an even broader investigation of "Spygate" abuses.

    But the abuses were not limited to the Justice Department. The U.S. intelligence community was politicized to an extant never seen in history; the State Department played a role in pushing the sham collusion story; and President Obama almost certainly knew about and approved spying conducted on the Trump campaign.  ...

    
  The spying and targeting of Trump go beyond anything seen before in the history of the U.S. Government. As Judicial Watch Director Chris Farrel put it during a recent JW panel discussion.

"These folks are so far out of bounds and so beyond the pale that when people talk about it being a coup, there's no exaggeration there. IT WAS A COUP. It was an effort to unseat or destabilize the Trump Administration.... Judicial Watch hasn't finished investigating the spying, the targeting and the attempting coup...

The Genesis of Spygate

    Through JW's investigation of the Clinton email scandal, it has become evident that Hillary Clinton was at the genesis of Spygate. The frantic efforts of the Deep State to elect Hillary Clinton president came about not only due to systematic liberal bias with the Deep State but more importantly, to the Deep State's desperation to cover up her and her husband's corruption which the Deep State for years had aided, abetted and profited from 

     
 When the American people rejected Hillary as president, the Deep State shifted gears from sabotaging candidate Donald Trump and electing Clinton president to destroying President Trump and toppling him from power. To distract the public from the Clintons' corruption, the Deep State weaponized the FBI and intelligence agencies and the entire American system of justice to tar President Trump as a traitor. .the average citizen, having seen the Mueller Report knows that something very horrible went wrong. They were lied to...
