Dear Mr. Kubeck,

    Can I share with you some phrases that a state university system banned because they were too offensive for students to hear?

    "America is the land of opportunity."  banned -- "I believe the most qualified person should get the job." banned -- "Everyone in this society can succeed, if they work hard enough." banned

These are micro aggressions and the "University of California" system has banned them and more supposedly offensive ideas that make students "uncomfortable.

    Though "microagressions" sound silly, even ludicrous, the truth is they reveal a growing CANCER among America's institutions of higher learning that is warping the minds of our youth and endangering our country's future. ...

    The microagression craze has spread like wildfire across the country, from Oberlin and Fordham to Harvard and Princeton. Other micro aggressions include:

1) Saying "Affirmative action is racist" - mere disagreement with liberal orthodoxy is in itself an offense against that orthodoxy.

2) "Men and women have equal opportunities for achievement" and "Gender plays no part in who we hire" are micro aggressions expressing a deep-seated sexism.

3) Describing America as a melting pot or that there is only one racer, the human race, are microaggressions when made by a white person because they indicate that the white person does not want to acknowledge race.

    Right now the ACLU is in court in my home state of Oklahoma fighting to allow Muslim Law in our courtrooms.

    And right now the ACLU's "Program of Religion and Belief" has launched a propaganda war against opponents of Muslim Law in America, calling us racist. The ACLU says that opponents of Muslim Law like you and me clearly seek to ride the recent wave of anti-Muslim bias in this country."

    During my FOUR terms as a United States Congressman, I have seen how the ACLU has fought to undermine America's interests at every turn. Now the ACLU is working feverishly to undermine the parts of our U.S. Constitution it doesn't like and impose Muslim Law on Americans!

     A study by the Center for Security Policy reported there have already been 50 court cases used in American courts where Muslim Law was used to render a verdict.

     For example, in New Jersey a Muslim man was acquitted in court of raping his wife because a liberal judge said Muslim Law required wives to submit to their husbands...

    As I mentioned, my home state of Oklahoma passed a law banning Muslim and Foreign Law in its courtrooms. But the ACLU stepped right in and filed a lawsuit against this ban on Muslim Law!

    Make no mistake: The ACLU is on the warpath, fighting to impose Muslim Law on America! ...

     We need to let Chief Justice Roberts know right now that we oppose the ACLU's Muslim Law agenda for America!

      I know Chief Justice Roberts opposes ANY type of foreign law in our courtrooms. He proclaimed: "If we're relying on a decision from a German judge about what our Constitution means, no president accountable to the people appointed that judge and no Senate accountable to the people confirmed that judge."

  

  Now it is time for Chief Justice Roberts and the Supreme Court to issue a clear ruling BANNING Muslim Law. And Chief Justice Roberts and the Supreme Court must act quickly. The ACLU is currently winning this battle.

The Laetare Medal is presented annually to an American Catholic in recognition of outstanding service to the Church and society. It is intended for a Catholic "whose genius has ennobled the arts and sciences, illustrated the ideals of the Church and enriched the heritage of humanity.

Preface:

    Holy Cross Father John inferred opponents of the University's impending honoring of pro-abortion and homosexual "marriage" advocate Vice President Joe Biden were antagonistic, demeaning, and uncompromising. Those critics include his own bishop in Fort Wayne-South Bend.

    Father Jenkins said, "One of the great challenges today is that people who disagree often will vilify, will attack, will demean the opposition. So we come to this impasse of acrimony, of intransigence, and it doesn't serve society."

    Historically, I believe Father Jenkins is in the wrong Church and the wrong University. He needs to resign. Catholic-in-name only politicians have been a real curse within the U.S. Catholic Church for decades whether their names are Governor Jerry Brown of California or Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York. {Cuomo has the gall of having a picture of St. Thomas More in his office.}

Fort Wayne-South Bend Bishop Ken Rhodes sharply criticized Notre Dame as well for its decision to honor Biden: "I believe it is wrong for Notre Dame to honor any "pro-choice" public official with the Laetare Medal even if/she has other positive accomplishments in public service, since direct abortion is gravely contrary to the natural law and violates a very fundamental principle of Catholic moral and social teaching: the inalienable right of life of every innocent human being from the moment of conception," Bishop Rhoades said in a statement. " I also question the propriety of honoring a public official who was a major spokesman for the redefinition of marriage." ... "My principal concern about this whole matter is scandal," Bishop Rhoades stated. " In honoring a "pro-choice" Catholic who also has supported the redefinition of marriage, which the Church considers harmful to the common good or society, it can give the impression to people, including Catholics in political office, that one can be " a good Catholic" while also supporting or advocating for positions that contradict our fundamental moral and social principles and teachings."

2. In 2009 despite the objection of 83 cardinals, bishops and archbishops, including the University's local ordinary, and a petition signed by 367,000 people, Father Jenkins defended Notre Dame's 2009 honoring of pro-abortion Barack Obama with an honorary degree and featuring him as a keynote speaker.

3. "There is so much to admire and celebrate in the public life and work of President Obama," Father Jenkins told that year's graduates. {Since 2009 what policies of Obama  have been Catholic and in concurrence with our Constitution.}

4. Other scandals during Father Jenkins' tenure include his approval of performances of the Vagina Monologues, University recognition of a homosexual group, will compliance with the immoral HHS contraception mandate, and extension of employee benefits to "same-sex spouses."

5. Father Jenkins is set to serve on a panel with contentious Michael Sean Winters of the heterodox National Catholic Reporter publication as part of an April 27-28 conference Notre Dame is presenting on polarization in the Church.

6. Bishop Rhoades said it would have been better if the University had invited Biden and Boehner to speak at Notre Dame on the contentious topics at issue, "rather than bestow and honor that can provoke a scandal."

    ISIL, or ISIS, now is calling itself the Islamic State, in part of a continuing SUNNI Muslim problem... Ask the media or any Democrat or Republican Senator, and they will tell you that Shiite Muslims (or Shia) are the greatest threat faced by Western civilization today. ...

    Senator Rubio constantly refers to "our SUNNI allies such as Saudi Arabia" and has suggested the creation of a Sunni State in Syria. Apparently the Senator is, just like former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, unaware that there is already a SUNNI state in Northern Syria, and it is run by the Islamic State otherwise known as ISIS or ISIL. ...

    In 2015 most of the 17,000 civilians killed in Iraq died at the hands of SUNNI terrorists. That is more than five times the number killed in the SUNNI terror attack on 9-11. The attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon were conducted by Al Qaeda, a SUNNI Terror organization. The first terror attack on the Trade Center in 1993 was financed by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, a SUNNI cleric also associated with SUNNI terror group al-Qaeda.

    The 9-11 attack was planned by al-Qaeda from Afghanistan, which was the time controlled by the Taliban, a SUNNI Muslim group dedicated to the elimination of Shiites and Christians.

    SUNNI groups, many funded by interests inside Saudi Arabia and Qatar. declared responsibility for the 2004 Madrid train bombings killing 191 and wounding over 1,800. a SUNNI group took responsibility for the 205 London bus bombings killing 52 and wounding 700. Sunni terror groups were responsible for the massacre of 334 people including 186 children during the 2004 attack on a school in Beslan, Russia, and also the Moscow theatre attack in 2002. The various Paris attacks including the 2015 Charles Habdo magazine and Jewish deli attacks over the three days, and later attack in November on a theatre and restaurants that killed 130, were conducted by the Islamic State  a SUNNI Muslim organization.

    The Ft. Hood terror attack in 2009 killing 13 plus an unborn child was conducted by Major Nidal Hassan, a Sunni Muslim connected to a "vetted" Sunni Ima,. Anwar al-Awlaki, who was allowed to speak at the Pentagon and Congress. Al-Awlaki and his son, both U.S. citizens, were killed by drone strike through a death warrant issued by President Obama to shut him up lest he embarrass those at the Pentagon who had "vetted" him. He had been the Imam at the Virginia mosque attended by some of the 9-11 hijackers.

       There have been numerous "minor" terror attacks against Western targets, such as the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombings that killed "only" three and wounded 264. The bombers were brothers from a family SUNNI Muslims who immigrated legally to the United States from Chechnya, Russia. Other "small" attacks in the United States including the following: A Sunni Muslim convert killed one at a Little Rock military recruiting center in 2009 and four Marines were killed by a Sunni Muslim immigrant in Chattanooga in 2015. Other Sunni attacks have been downplayed, such as the one in 2002 against an El Al ticket counter in Los Angeles Airport; "only" three died in that attack.

  

  Most recently in the United States was the 2015 San Bernardino massacre which was carried out by a Sunni Muslim couple connected to Saudi Sunni extremists and influenced by the Islamaic State. A total of 14 were killed and 22 wounded...  Now Back to the "Shia threat" alluded to by Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Senators Cruz and Rubio, as well as Secretary of Defense Carter. The last large scale Shia attack against the West was in 1983 against a military target in Lebanon at the U.S. military barracks, killing 299 Americans and French servicemen...

  

  The simple answer is that Saudi Arabia is Sunni Muslim and most of the financing for Sunni extremist groups has come from Saudi Arabia which is our ally. The initial funding for the revolt in Syria which handed us the Islamic State problem came from Saudi Arabia. ... Some contend that only that only private elements within Saudi Arabia supportedf ISIS and never the Saudi government ... Saudi textbooks are used in the ISIL controlled schools in Syria and Iraq...
