Dear Mr. Kubeck,

    Can I share with you some phrases that a state university system banned because they were too offensive for students to hear?

    "America is the land of opportunity."  banned -- "I believe the most qualified person should get the job." banned -- "Everyone in this society can succeed, if they work hard enough." banned

These are micro aggressions and the "University of California" system has banned them and more supposedly offensive ideas that make students "uncomfortable.

    Though "microagressions" sound silly, even ludicrous, the truth is they reveal a growing CANCER among America's institutions of higher learning that is warping the minds of our youth and endangering our country's future. ...

    The microagression craze has spread like wildfire across the country, from Oberlin and Fordham to Harvard and Princeton. Other micro aggressions include:

1) Saying "Affirmative action is racist" - mere disagreement with liberal orthodoxy is in itself an offense against that orthodoxy.

2) "Men and women have equal opportunities for achievement" and "Gender plays no part in who we hire" are micro aggressions expressing a deep-seated sexism.

3) Describing America as a melting pot or that there is only one racer, the human race, are microaggressions when made by a white person because they indicate that the white person does not want to acknowledge race.

    Right now the ACLU is in court in my home state of Oklahoma fighting to allow Muslim Law in our courtrooms.

    And right now the ACLU's "Program of Religion and Belief" has launched a propaganda war against opponents of Muslim Law in America, calling us racist. The ACLU says that opponents of Muslim Law like you and me clearly seek to ride the recent wave of anti-Muslim bias in this country."

    During my FOUR terms as a United States Congressman, I have seen how the ACLU has fought to undermine America's interests at every turn. Now the ACLU is working feverishly to undermine the parts of our U.S. Constitution it doesn't like and impose Muslim Law on Americans!

     A study by the Center for Security Policy reported there have already been 50 court cases used in American courts where Muslim Law was used to render a verdict.

     For example, in New Jersey a Muslim man was acquitted in court of raping his wife because a liberal judge said Muslim Law required wives to submit to their husbands...

    As I mentioned, my home state of Oklahoma passed a law banning Muslim and Foreign Law in its courtrooms. But the ACLU stepped right in and filed a lawsuit against this ban on Muslim Law!

    Make no mistake: The ACLU is on the warpath, fighting to impose Muslim Law on America! ...

     We need to let Chief Justice Roberts know right now that we oppose the ACLU's Muslim Law agenda for America!

      I know Chief Justice Roberts opposes ANY type of foreign law in our courtrooms. He proclaimed: "If we're relying on a decision from a German judge about what our Constitution means, no president accountable to the people appointed that judge and no Senate accountable to the people confirmed that judge."

  

  Now it is time for Chief Justice Roberts and the Supreme Court to issue a clear ruling BANNING Muslim Law. And Chief Justice Roberts and the Supreme Court must act quickly. The ACLU is currently winning this battle.
