Governor Mike Huckabee and Ben Carson
In pursuit of the truth - http://www.cinopsbegoneblogspot.com - Wednesday, April 23, 2014
Everything possible must be done to repeat on Facebook the first twenty minutes of Governor Mike Huckabee on Fox News on Saturday and Sunday, April 12 and April 13. I took some notes but they don't tell the whole story. In some ways, this segment is similar to Ben Carson's talk at the Prayer Breakfast attended by President Obama and V.P. Joe Biden.
Ben Carson will be a winner in some of the Republican primaries in November and I believe Huckabee should be on stand-bye and not split the conservative vote. Huckabee can be the unifier of all the candidates running for President. He could end up as the Presidential candidate and Ben Carson as the Vice-Presidential Candidate. Why should we allow Progressives to block this outcome? The election is about our culture and the direction the country is going.
Thank God for Fox News. But the corrupt Mainstream media is a serious problem for the whole nation. They promote progressivism 100%, irrespective of the harm it does.
I believe that Political Correctness has dumbed down our nation and making us susceptible to being intimidated and fearful in our own thinking of common sense, natural law and Christian beliefs. The Progressive Movement is waging psychological warfare against our citizens.
Here are the incomplete notes:
Bullying is bad. Bigots believe they are superior to other believers. There is intolerance and trying to shut down a contrary view point. Bill Roberson is suspended from A&E. Patriots died so we can stand up and speak out. We see corporation run up the white flag. Remember Aug. 1, 2012, Chicken Fillet Appreciation Day to celebrate their CEO's position on marriage is between a man and woman. Well their CEO has apologized for hurting the feelings of the same-sex marriage supporters. Seeking to open new stores in Chicago and
Boston. Compare this to the Grace family of Hobby Lobby. We have the GAYSTAPO.
Boston. Compare this to the Grace family of Hobby Lobby. We have the GAYSTAPO.
We are creating a nation of cowards. Short interview with Tony Perkins from Family Council. We note that Amazon, Starbucks and Apple Computer are promoting Same-Sex Marriage. The left wants to shut down contrary views. This is a whole new challenge within the culture war. Tolerance is a one way street. They want to redefine America. Conservative businesses are going silent and capitulating. This is economic terrorism. Is free speech dead? Brendan Eich resignation from Mozilla. He supported Proposition 8 six years ago. The media controls all of this as it is being represented. Freedom is a good thing. It is good for everybody.

How do traditional Americans deal with the Progressive movement in the nation? The canonization of Pope John Paul II thisSunday, April 27, is a step in the right direction for Catholics and the nation. When St. Paul the Great talked about the culture of death that included not only Communism, Nazism but also American Progressivism. This saint is a role model not only for religious leaders but for all politicians. Sadly, today we do not have his kind of leadership in the American Catholic Church. Recall St. Paul the Great along with the American President brought about the defeat of Communist Russia in our lifetime. If we had an American president like President Obama, we would still be fighting and losing the Cold War.
For Catholics, this new Saint gave us The Catechism of the Catholic Church and the encyclical The Gospel of Life. I recall in 1995, I ran off 50 copies of this encyclical. I still have a few copies left. There was a local printer who charged only one penny per page. Except for several Catholic bishops this encyclical had little influence. They have been gutless with Catholic-in-name-only politicians and in the process so-called Catholic voters voted for President Obama in 2008 and 2012. This is an historic Catholic shame in American history. Thank you so-called Catholic American magazine like Commonweal, America and Nation Catholic Reporter. For reference, I don't want to go back to the Catholic vote in Germany and Italy in the 1930's.
