# 3 WHAT'S NEXT FOR THE AMERICAN CATHOLIC VOTER? 3 OF 3

WHAT'S NEXT FOR THE AMERICAN CATHOLIC VOTER? 3 OF 3
In pursuit of the truth - http://www.cinopsbegoneblogspot.com - Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017
Preface:
"Catholics and the Present Confusion," by James V. Schall, S.J. "Catholic World Report" 1/9/17
The faithful are told that they are too "rigid." The divorced and the homosexuals are, rightly or wrongly, convinced that the Church has changed the doctrines at least implicitly, if not explicitly.
WHAT'S NEXT?
Wanted: Authentic Catholic men and women, real Christians, potential saints trained also in logic and common sense. Christ's commandments are absolute and vital for a flourishing Christians society. "Language is a human invention. The Truth (ie God) is not. And the Catholic Church is  not a religion invented by a human being. The Catholic Church is a Church - the one holy, and apostolic Church founded by Christ (ie God)."
Face and Act upon the Following American Realities:
1) "According to a recent Pew, one-in-ten adults in the United States is  a former Catholic. In 1974, 46% of American Catholics called themselves "strong Catholics." In 2012 , the numbers fell to 27%. College students in particular are abandoning their faith labels in record numbers - over 27% say they do not affiliate with any religion." Dominican Friars letter, Jan. 2017.
2) National Catholic Register, December 25, 2016, Letter to the editor: -  Unsettling Results:
" A preliminary Pew Research Center... For starters, it shows that the overall "Catholic" vote went 52% for Trump and 45% for Clinton. While this is a slight improvement over past elections, when Catholics voted 54% for Obama in 2008 and 50% in 2012, it is still sad to see such numbers of Catholics voting for the candidate whose stated policy is to protect and promote legalized abortion on demand for any reason or no reason.
"How can so many Catholics still be disposed to closing their eyes to the most crucial issue that defines our culture and our nation? Further, what is most disturbing and eye-opening is to see Hispanic Catholics voting 67% for Clinton and 26% for Trump.
"If the most crucial  issue and central criteria for casting a vote for a candidate was his or her stated position on abortion, how is this reconciled by the Church and its bishops?

3) Expose anti-Catholic fraudulent organization within the Catholic Church like Catholics United and Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good. (Check out the Podesta Wikilinks.)
4) Fight the ACLU: It has now accumulated over $720 million in assets. Its army of lawyers will continue attack your religious freedom ... bullying school boards, city councils, country boards, and others... censor Christmas from the public square and traditional American values.  Never vote for a person running for office who is a member of the ACLU.
5) Fight leftists who are radicals in liberal clothing and are at war with traditional American values and Christians.  Also fight the filthy billionaires like George Soros' "shadow party." He has funded to the tune of half a billion dollars over the past decade to ensure the power of a radical clique inside the Democratic party and even monies within the Catholic Church. (In my opinion, Soros changed the culture and power structure in Colorado.)
6) It was a serious mistake by American Catholics bishops not to have listened to Emeritus Pope Benedict XVI. Catholic-in-name-only-politicians are not eligible for Communion at Mass.
(The deep scandal and shame of V.P. Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Governors Brown and Andrew Cuomo)

7) St. John Paul II, The Catechism of the Catholic Church, and The Splendor of Truth still guide us.

George H. Kubeck
