Why Can We not Do the Same Thing in California?

Below are ten of the bills that made this the most exciting legislative session in decades:

1. Heartbeat Bill. Signed into law May 19.

    Bans abortion once a fetal heartbeat is detected unless there is a medical emergency. A fetal heartbeat can be detected as early as six weeks. One of the most innovative pro-life bills in decades, it is written to make it harder for abortion providers to sue the state to stop enforcement of the law.

2. Religious Freedom (1)

    Protects freedom of assembly and religious activities by preventing the future closure of churches through the exertion of emergency powers.

 

3. Religious Freedom (2)

    A companion bill that would amend the Texas Constitution to prohibit the state or a political subdivision from prohibiting or limiting a religious service conducted by a religious service organization.

4. Preserving the integrity of Female Sports

    Requires that those participating in UIL sports in Texas to compete according to the gender designation on their original birth certificate.

 

5. Ending Big Tech Censorship

    Seeks to end big Tech censorship and protect every Texan's right to free speech.

6. Election Integrity

    Brings specificity to gray areas in the voting process relative to voter registration, mail-in ballots, election security and enforcement.

 

7. Preborn Non-discrimination Act

    Key provisions include closing loopholes permitting abortions at or after 20 weeks on preborn children with a disability, and banning discriminatory abortions motivated by race, ethnicity, sex or disability.

8. Clean Slate Bill

    Seeks to remove barriers for individuals who committed a low-level crime to live a normal and successful life by automating the nondisclosure of criminal history after certain conditions are met.

 

9.Child Trauma Reduction Act

    Reduces trauma to children in foster care by clarifying procedures and grounds that are used to make life-altering decisions, specifically concerning the removal of children and termination of parental rights.

10. National Motto

      Requires public schools to post the national motto, "In God We Trust," with the American and Texas flags when the sign is dominated or purchased with private donation.

1. On behalf of pro-life and pro-family in California thank you for what you have accomplished in Texas. Is there any way you can help us in California?  Is there a guy similar to Texas Senator Brian Hughes you can send us. Our issues are so persuasive with common sense.

2. We must run pro-life Democrats in their districts. We must create a wedge. About 23% of Democrats are pro-life and family. With this divisive "Woke Agenda", nothing is impossible in California.

3. The Governor of Texas, Gregg Abbott is an authentic Catholic. Sadly, our Governor Devon Newsom and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi are not.
