The Legacy of Senator Edward Kennedy - 4

The Legacy of Senator Edward Kennedy – 4
In pursuit of the truth – www.cinopsbegone.com – Tuesday, September 8, 2009

Let’s start with the rape of marriage in Massachusetts about two years. I can’t forget it. The Knights of Columbus and other organizations had with the big help of evangelical Christians a ballot measure which was similar to our proposition 8 in California. (Marriage is between a man and a woman.)

It was scheduled to be on the ballot in Massachusetts for the 2008 election. Well CINOP Nancy Pelosi came to this Democrat Party controlled State and through diabolical hardball politics succeeded and stopped it from being on the ballot. Why? It was because it would hurt the Democratic candidate for President in 2008. PELOSI SUCCEEDED IN ENFORCING SAN FRANCISCO VALUES.

All of this was accomplished through bribes a.k.a., campaign contributions by the opponents to this ballot measure. The legislators were bought off AND VOTED NOT TO PUT IT ON THE BALLOT. (There is a lot more serious stuff but you will have to check it out yourself.) WHAT’S THE BOTTOM LINE? SENATOR TED KENNEDY WAS SILENT. I remember calling the office of Loretta Sanchez and asking that she come out publicly in support of Proposition 8 the Marriage Amendment in California BEFORE THE ELECTION, and she was also silent.

I know that Cardinal O’Malley tried to do his best to have this marriage initiative on the ballot but he failed. WELL, HIS TOP PRIORITY TODAY IS TO WORK WITH CATHOLICS AND ESPECIALLY OTHER CHRISTIANS IN MASSACHUSETTS TO GET THAT MEASURE ON THE BALLOT; EVEN IF IT TAKES 10 YEARS. THE SAME- MARRIAGE LAWS IN MASSACHUSETTS ARE UNACCEPTABLE NATIONALLY AND ANATHEMA TO CHURCH AND COUNTRY.

Let’s continue with Bet-Noire and some of his atrocious and stupid votes when Ted Kennedy was in the Senate. In the Congress, Kennedy voted against the Catholic position in the following votes:

1.)Harkin Amendment to endorse Roe v. Wade (108th) No voted Yes
2.)Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003 (108th) Yes voted No
3.)Abortion in military medical facilities (108th) No voted Yes
4.)Feinstein Substitute Amendment (single-victim substitute) (108th) N vote Y
5.)Unborn Victims of Violence Act: passage (108th) Yes voted No
6.)Child Custody Protection Act (S.403): passage (109th) Yes voted No
7.)Funding of embryo-killing stem cell research (H. R. 810) (109th) No vote Y
8.)Federal Marriage Amendment Act (109th) Yes voted No

Lastly, Senator Kennedy and his cabal in California have a mindset that supported the following: “California State Senate Passes Transsexual-Bisexual-Homosexual Curriculum Bill SB 777… Sacramento, May 24 /Newswire/ …

Radical legislation mandating that schoolchildren as young as kindergarten learn about and support transsexuality, bisexuality and homosexual has passed the California State Senate…

…SB 777 requires textbooks, instructional materials, and school-sponsored activities to positively portray cross-dressing, sex-change operations, homosexual “marriages,” and all aspects of homosexuality and bisexuality, including so-called “gay history.”… SB 777 also deletes the true definition of “sex” from the Education Code…
