The Repeal of SB 48 - The Gay History Law

The Repeal of SB. 48 - The Gay History Law
In pursuit of the truth – www.cinopsbegone.com – Thursday, August 4, 2011

My people are destroyed for lack of information or an abundant of misinformation:

What is a referendum? [This information is from Paulo@stopsb48.com ] Conducting a referendum means “referring measures proposed or passed by a legislative body to the vote of the electorate for approval or rejection.” In other words, when the legislature and governor approve an unpopular and harmful law such as SB 48, the people may step in and vote to reverse the decision. Bringing a measure before the people for such a vote requires the petition of over a half a million valid signatures.

Why is a referendum necessary for SB 48?

SB 48 costs too much and goes too far. The bill is controversial in that it undermines family, community, and responsibility by diverting school resources from academic pursuits to promote the political agenda of bisexuals, transgender individuals, and homosexuals. It uses all social science curriculum, including history books and other instructional materials, to teach children as young as five not only to accept but also to endorse transgenderism, bisexuality, and homosexuality, looking to individuals with these lifestyles as models and viewing their sexual lifestyles positively.

[The above is moral crisis for Californians. Michael Medved* stated that the new law requires that public school textbooks and curricula, beginning with kindergarten should feature “the accomplishments of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Americans.” Should teachers now focus with similar intensity on the sexuality of 99% of significant personalities in U.S. history who counted as unequivocal heterosexuals? When the legislature of California voted to require – to require! – a curricular emphasis on gay sexuality, it amounted to a new peak of educational malpractice.] *“The Gay History Law” Elevates the Irrelevant! How much will this referendum cost?

We have less than 90 days to collect signatures. To be successful we would have to hire signature gatherers, to supplement the work of volunteers, in order to obtain over half million signatures required within this narrow time limit. This is why it is crucial that we enlist financial support to hire signature gatherers.
How can I help the referendum succeed?

The referendum will succeed if every one of us tell our family and friends about Stop SB 48 and our effort, commit to gathering at least 100 signatures, tell you church leadership about SB 48… for a detailed explanation of how to help, please visit our Get involved page.

Stop SB 48 is printing long-form petitions with 10 signatures for distribution to those interested. If you are setting up a table outside of your local Walmart, a mall, taking petitions to your local clubs, organizations, or groups or going door to door in your neighborhood and would like the long-form petitions please e-mail latanya@stopsb48.com - with your name, mailing address, and the number of long-form petitions you would like. Also send your check to Stop 48 – 660 J Street – Suite 250 – Sacramento, CA 95814. My check right now and today is $25.

TOP SB 48
Hello,
This email has a link
http://iput.it/6383ef to a 23 page
article entitled: "The World Rule Conspiracy".
And although this article is primarily nationalistic, it should be read by everyone involved in the
Stop SB 48 campaign...because it does the best job, so far, of explaining the WHO and the WHY of the current drive to spread homosexuality here in the United States andthroughout the world.
Please read it and distribute it.
Thank you
