The Moral Collapse of Marriage under Obama

This is a national tragedy occurring under the Obama regime. I reference the article by Carol E. Lee, dated March 11, 2012 titled, “Democrats Pressure President to Endorse Gay Marriage.” –(Wall Street Journal). More polls are necessary to verify the accuracy of the following results.

“More Americans are embracing gay marriage… Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, chairman of the Democratic National Convention, said last week that a gay-marriage plank be part of the platform, echoing recent comments from House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.). [What a tragedy and scandal. We have two rogue Catholic politicians promoting this sham and fraud.]

•The most recent Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll suggest that views of gay marriage are shifting faster than for any other hot-button social issue in recent memory, pollster say.

•Forty-nine percent of Americans now say they approve of gay marriage, up from 40% shortly after Mr. Obama took office in 2009.

•The poll showed the biggest jump among blue-collar voters and African Americans, two key Democratic constituents. Support among blue collar voters jumped 20 percentage points to 49%. African-American support for gay marriage rose 32% to 50%.

•More than half of Hispanics voters aged 18 to 34 also voiced support gay-marriage.

•White House officials say they don’t feel intense pressure for Mr. Obama to endorse gay marriage before November, in part because the president has delivered on other gay-rights issues, such s the repeal of “don’t ask, don’t tell,” policy that banned gays and lesbians from openly serving in the military.

•Support for gay marriage among Democrats is strong up 12 percentage points from 2009 to 67%; according to the Journal NBC poll. Among independents 46% now support gay marriage, up from 37% in 2009.

•The poll also showed a nine percentage point increase in support for gay marriage among Republicans, to 31%.”

How can anyone believe that the relationship in marriage between a man and a woman is the same as that between two same-sex persons? And if you believe that marriage is only between a man and a woman; “You are biased and prejudiced person. Also, you are a racist and guilty of bigotry.” Sadly, we have Corporations promoting this mindset and fraud on the American people.

Dear Home Depot, Progressive Insurance, and Starbucks Coffee,

I believe that marriage is only between a man and a woman. I don’t want YOU to call me biased, prejudiced, a racist or a bigot. Your promotion of same-sex marriage is destructive to family, marriage and children. As a Corporation you have no business being involved in the promotion of same-sex marriage. Please change or self-destruct as a business!
