[First of all it is a badge of honor to be insulted by Elton John. My concern is with the amount of money that is collected by these filthy rich individuals and corporations that support this fakeness of a relationship that is contrary to common sense, natural law and marriage. We have parasites on the body of the nation. [To compare marriage to same-sex marriage is like comparing apples to oranges. They are different.] The culture of death advocates in the country outspend us ten to one. ]

“The California Supreme Court on Wednesday jumped back into the tempest over gay marriage, agreeing to decide whether backers of Proposition 8 have a legal right to defend the voter-approved ban on same-sex marriage when the state’s top elected officials refuse to do so…

The issue has arisen because both former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger [ a CINOP] and former Attorney General Jerry Brown [a CINOP ] refused to defend the law, agreeing with Chief U.S.District Judge Vaughn Walker’s conclusion that Proposition tramples on the rights of gay and lesbians couples. Brown, now governor, and the new Attorney General Kamala Harris likewise refuses to appeal Walker’s decision, leaving backers of the measure on their own to defend the law."

Ultimately, we are confident that the Supreme Court will decide this issue in our favor. It’s just common sense that someone must have the right to defend a voter initiative if government officials refuse to do so, and who more suitable than the official proponents who gave birth to it, and carry it to victory … Since starting our appeal from Judge Walker’s ruling last summer, in the Ninth Circuit we have incurred over $2 million in new legal expenses – but we’ve raised only a fraction of the money needed to cover these costs." P.S. Any CINOP who publicly supports same-sex marriage excommunicates himself from the Catholic Church. He must realize how serious this matter is. Among other things, he cannot expect to have a Catholic funeral. If he has any kind of honor or respect, he should run for office & not use the Catholic label. He must be aware that in the 2010 election about 30 CINO Politicians were defeated. It’s the best thing that happened to them spiritually.
