1.)Engel v. Vitale – The Supreme Court finds prayer in schools unconstitutional. - June 25, 1962.

2.)Abington v. Schempp – The Supreme Court rules that Bible reading in public schools is unconstitutional. – June 17, 1963

3.)Roe v. Wade – Supreme Court finds that the right to personal privacy includes abortion. – June 22, 1973

4.)Stone v. Graham – The Supreme Court strikes down a Kentucky statute requiring display of the Ten Commandments in public schools. – Nov. 17, 1980

5.)Newdow v. U.S. – The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rules that reciting the Pledge of Allegiance in public schools is an unconstitutional endorsement of religion. June 26, 2002.

6.)Lawrence v. Texas – The Supreme Court strikes down a Texas low prohibiting sodomy. – June 26, 2003

7.)Glassroth v. Moore – The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal rules that a monument to the Ten Commandments placed in Alabama’s judiciary building must be removed.

8.)Goodrich v. Dept. of Public Health – The Massachusetts Supreme Court rules that same-sex couples can marry under the laws of the state. Nov. 18, 2003

9.)Mass. Supreme Court Okays Same-Sex Marriage – The Massachusetts Supreme Court declares that the state legislature may not offer “civil union” as an alternate to same-sex marriage, paving the way for the first state-recognized, homosexual marriages in U.S. history. Feb. 4, 2004

10.)U.S. v Extreme Association – a U.S. District Court judge dismisses federal obscenity charges against hardcore pornography, finding that morality is no longer a legitimate state interest. Jan. 20, 2005

I recall during the Cold War with Communist Russia, we had many American front groups who were the useful idiots for the commie agenda to harm America. It looks like the American legal profession was a useful idiot to change via judicial activism traditional American Values.
