Understanding Barack Obama’s Secular Agenda # 1
The website – cinops be gone – Saturday, October 25, 2008 A.M.
Dennis Prager has a razor sharp analysis of what is at stake in this Presidential election: a secular America vs. a traditional America. I am grateful for his article that appeared in The Washington Times, Monday, October 20, 2008 – NO RECONCILING THE TWO AMERICAS. Prager is a nationally syndicated columnists and radio talk show host on KLAC 870 A.M. daily from 9 A.M. to 12
The left and right differ in their visions of America and that is why they differ on policies. THE RIGHT AND LEFT DO NOT WANT THE SAME AMERICA.
There are two irreconcilable divisions which we will discuss in letter # 2. For these and other reasons, calls for a unity among Americans that transcends left and right are either naïve or disingenuous. AMERICA WILL BE UNITED ONLY WHEN ONE OF THEM PREVAILS OVER THE OTHER. THE LEFT KNOWS THIS. {UNFORTUNATEL} MOST ON THE RIGHT DO NOT.
{AND NO MATTER WHO WINS THIS ELECTION THE BATTLE FOR THE SOUL OF AMERICA MUST CONTINUE. ALWAYS KEEP IN MIND THAT FOR THE LEFT; POLITICS AND THE SECULAR AGENDA ARE ABSOLUTE DAILY RELIGIOUS BELIEVES AND GOALS. FOR THE TRADITIONAL AMERICANS, POLITICS IS NOT A RELIGION.}
HOW WILL BARACK’S OBAMA OF AMERICA LOOK?
The left wants America to look as much as possible like Western Europe countries. He wants Europe’s quasi-pacificism, cradle to grave socialism, egalitarianism and secularism.
{It is really a compliment to call Obama a socialist. When you consider the company he has kept, terrorists, anarchists, Marxists and Communists. We have to ask these questions considering that the corrupt News Media hasn’t got the guts to investigate and deliberately hides the information from all Americans.}
The left wants America not only to have a secular government, but to have a secular society. The left feels that if people want to be religious, they should do so at home and in their houses of prayer but never try to inject their religious values into society.
{Think of Obama on abortion and legalizing the Freedom of Choice Act.}
The left prefers to identify as citizens of the world. The left fears nationalism in general (this has been true for the European left since World War I), and since the 1960’s, the American left has come to fear American nationalism.
{Dear Senator Barack Obama. I have been reading your book, Dreams of My Father. I got to page 222. THERE ISN’T AN OUNCE OF PATRIOTISM OR LOVE FOR AMERICA THUS FAR. I STRONGLY SUGGEST READERS SHOULD GLANCE THROUGH THE BOOK IN THEIR LIBRARY OR BOOK SELLING STORES.}
