2- KNOW & COPE WITH THE ACLU & ELITE MINDSETS

2-Know & Cope with the ACLU & Elite Mindsets

In pursuit of the truth - cinops be gone - Friday, Aug. 31, 2012

More “quotations” from R.R. Reno is First Things, Aug./Sept/12, “Defending Liberty.”: Again let’s call upon Saints Dominic, Aquinas and Loyola to help us.

1. “In the years after World War II, the courts reinterpreted the Constitution so as to prohibit generic prayers in schools and restrict pious displays on public property.”

2. “If the(HHS) mandate is upheld, then precisely to the degree that Notre Dame and other Catholic institutions are engaged in serving society - educating, caring for the poor, healing the sick - they can be commanded to serve the purpose of the state.”

3. “We can see the same effort to define religious identity more narrowly in the Justice Department’s arguments before the Supreme Court in the Hosanna-Tabor case. The central issue in that case was the “ministerial exemption,” a legal formulation that describes the special freedom that religious institutions enjoy, that would interfere with their discretion about whom to hire as ministers. For example, employment law prevents a company from discriminating on the basis of sex, but in the selection, training, and ordination of priests, the Catholic Church can.”

4. “In the unanimous decision, 9-0, the Supreme Court rejected the Justice Department’s arguments, reaffirming an expansive rather than constrained view of the ministerial exemption. The decision represents an important victory for religious freedom.”

5. “In this effort, we must meet them head-on, not only in the courtroom but also in the public square. We need to assert just not our rights to religious liberty but also the benefits that our religious institutions extend to others. We need to bear witness to the many ways in which religious belief and practice are very, very good things for society as a whole. That’s 1 reason why the Catholic bishops’ challenge to the HHS mandate is so important.”

George H. Kubeck, I am a great believer in the public square. Whether it is at the abortion mills or the HQ of the ACLU in your town, may I share with you three signs which I posted on the blog and today at Planned Parenthood, corner Bellflower & Del Amo in Lakewood, Ca. a) Stop Black Racism, 1,000 Black Babies, Are Killed Each Day Through Abortion, 365,000 Each Year, Stop the Genocide. b) Defend Religious Freedom, Conscience, 1St Amendment to the Constitution, Evil: “HHS Mandate” c) “Vote Against Candidates & Issues That Hollywood & the News Media Support.” Common Sense.

1.) All Christian Churches including the U.S. Catholic Church made a tragic mistake in not working towards a Constitutional Amendment to allow prayers in the public schools. I recall in the Spring of 1962 as a substitute teacher in the Waltham elementary schools, Mass. I read excerpts from the Bible.

2.) It is the ACLU that has redefined the definition of Church. The ACLU is the backbone of the new national secular godless religion in America. Because it is national, it is unconstitutional according to the 1st Amendment to the Constitution. The ACLU wants to remove religion from our national tradition history. They have a silent contempt for those who disagree. We think on different levels.

5.) With Mitt Romney’s acceptance speech yesterday, we have a clear choice in America. Never has the difference between the two parties been so great. We have traditional values versus secular liberal progressivism. I believe that both CINOP Linda and Loretta Sanchez are vulnerable for defeat with the help of the Tea Party, pro-life, marriage and family advocates and volunteers.
