A Serious Romney - Dolan Problem?

A Serious Romney - Dolan Problem?
In pursuit of the truth - cinops be gone -Memorial of St. Dominic, Wed., Aug. 8, 2012

Excerpts from LifeSiteNews.com by Ben Johnson, Tues. Aug. 7th “Romney’s Silence on Chick-fil-A..”

Both need other advisers within their office. Let’s start of with Mitt Romney!
Last Friday, a reporter in Las Vegas asked about the controversy over Chick-fil-A and charges about a diplomat’s ties to the Muslim brotherhood. Mitt responded, “Those are not things that are part of my campaign.” In the presidential debates, Barack Obama would make mincemeat of Mitt Romney. Let’s listen closely to Mitt’s friendly critics.

1) Christian radio talk show host Bryan Fischer asked, “Well, governor, exactly what was not a part of your campaign? The part about freedom of entrepreneurship ? The part about freedom of religion? The part about freedom of speech? What? If you will not stand for those values, what will you stand for? These questions were echoed also by Mark Levin. (How about the question of marriage as enunciated in the Bible?)

{We are faced with reports that the Two-Faced-Double-Standard-News Media can influence up to 3 to 4% of the vote in Obama’s favor. Other studies have shown their influence is from 5 to 10% and there are article in my blog. College professors are indoctrinating students to join Occupy Wall St.}

2) “Social conservatives have to make up their mind whether they should simply stay at home, or go out there and vote for Romney,” Bill Donohue, president of the Catholic League, said, “I’m astonished that he couldn’t even come to grips with the question. Leaving gays out of it, do we want the chief executives, the mayors of large cities trying to intimidate, using the power of government against private enterprise whose politics they disagree with? It think it’s a pretty simply issue.”

3) Former presidential candidate Pat Buchanan said, “I don’t understand why Mitt Romney doesn’t just get his Secret Service detail and take his press corps down to a Chicken-fil-A and show solidarity with these people. It’s instinct. Reagan would have walked right on down there naturally.”

4) Conservative activist Richard Viguerie suggested GOP invite Dan Cathy of Chicken-fil-A to address the Republican National Convention, “Republicans should oblige President Obama’s desire to make same-sex marriage a central issue in the November election, and campaign unequivocally as the party of traditional values Dan Cathy stood for.”

Let’s continue with Cardinal Timothy Dolan

It seems that during the week of the Chicken-fil-A controversy, the Cardinal extended to President Barack Obama a personal invitation to join him at an annual Al Smith Catholic Charities fundraising event in October. Obama accepted the invitation on July 31st.

Judie Brown, President of American Life League has a poignant article in LifeSiteNews.com Tues. Aug. 7, 2012 - “Dan Cathy, Cardinal Dolan, Obama, & discipleship in action.” She believes that this is exceedingly troubling as it sends a mixed message to America. She wants the Cardinal to disinvite Obama or simply cancel the event in memory of the millions and millions of preborn children killed by abortion.

Maybe we can change a negative into a positive. Obama pledged to liberal bloggers in N.Y.
City “not to give any ground” when it comes to the issue of abortions. Let’s repeat over and over again in calls and signs for cancellation this message “Stop Racism and Genocide: 1000 Black Americans are destroyed each day in America through Abortion.” 365, 000 each year!
